SF企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率提升策略研究

【摘要】:通過對我國多家家具制造廠及供應(yīng)商進行調(diào)研得知,大多數(shù)的家具企業(yè)都屬于小型手工藝及作坊式的管理模式,其對生產(chǎn)管理并沒有一個明確的管理體系、管理目標。而且,企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)基本都是從企業(yè)效益出發(fā),缺乏科學(xué)化的管理方式,更沒有意識到生產(chǎn)管理的重要性,而企業(yè)如需提高生產(chǎn)效率,傳統(tǒng)的做法就是追加成本,這給企業(yè)帶來了極大的資金壓力。所以,如何實現(xiàn)以較少的投資換取更大的利潤是目前急需解決的問題。本文以SF企業(yè)為對象開展研究。通過對SF企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的現(xiàn)狀分析、影響因素分析得知,企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)效率方面面臨著諸多問題,這些問題已經(jīng)直接影響到企業(yè)日后的發(fā)展與升級。所以,企業(yè)高層希望通過專業(yè)化的生產(chǎn)效率提升方案來解決企業(yè)所面臨的問題。在此生產(chǎn)效率提升方案需要從企業(yè)實際出發(fā),對企業(yè)目前的生產(chǎn)情況、人員以及生產(chǎn)管理體系方面進行優(yōu)化,從而實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)車間管理的科學(xué)化、合理化,并最終達到提高SF企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的目的。下面詳細論述本文主要的研究過程及研究內(nèi)容。(1)背景調(diào)研階段,通過文獻法對論文相關(guān)背景情況以及現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)、國外研究成果進行了調(diào)研,并且將最終的調(diào)研結(jié)果作為后續(xù)研究的基礎(chǔ)支撐。(2)理論研究階段,為了使得研究方案更加科學(xué)化、合理化,本研究應(yīng)用了工業(yè)工程理論、生產(chǎn)效率理論、流程優(yōu)化理論以及5S現(xiàn)場管理理論,上述理論是課題研究的基礎(chǔ)。采用了理論聯(lián)系實際的方式,將專業(yè)化的理論應(yīng)用到課題研究中。(3)診斷階段,本文深入分析了SF企業(yè)原材料利用率、設(shè)備利用率、人員勞動生產(chǎn)率以及成本產(chǎn)值率,從這四方面來診斷SF企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率現(xiàn)狀問題。(4)因素分析階段,針對前面提出的四方面診斷內(nèi)容,本階段進行逐一的因素分析,首先分析了原材料利用率方面的影響因素,然后分析了設(shè)備方面以及人員方面的影響因素,最后分析了生產(chǎn)成本方面的影響因素。(5)提升策略構(gòu)建階段,根據(jù)項目生產(chǎn)管理理論,從原材料方面、設(shè)備方面、人員方面以及成本產(chǎn)值率方面進行提升。在方案的實施過程中,還需要配合相關(guān)的實施保障對策,如薪資管理、績效管理對策等等。該研究方案從理論聯(lián)系實際的角度出發(fā),為SF企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率提供完善的提升策略。本研究對民營制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理、生產(chǎn)效率提升提供了一定的理論參考。而且此方案不僅僅可以解決沈陽SF企業(yè)這一家民營企業(yè)所面臨的問題,也可以為我國的中小民營企業(yè)提供借鑒和參考,推動我國民營企業(yè)在車間工作現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)效率管理方面不斷向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of many furniture manufacturers and suppliers in China, most furniture enterprises belong to the small handicraft and workshop management mode, and there is no clear management system for the production management. Management objectives. Moreover, enterprise leaders are basically from the enterprise efficiency, lack of scientific management, not aware of the importance of production management, and enterprises need to improve production efficiency. The traditional way is to add cost, which brings great financial pressure to the enterprise. So. How to achieve greater profits with less investment is an urgent problem. This paper takes SF enterprises as the object of study. Through the analysis of the current situation of production efficiency of SF enterprises, the influence factors are analyzed. Enterprises are faced with many problems in production efficiency, these problems have a direct impact on the future development and upgrading of enterprises. The high level of the enterprise hopes to solve the problem which the enterprise faces through the specialized production efficiency promotion plan. In this production efficiency promotion plan needs to proceed from the enterprise reality, to the enterprise present production situation. The personnel and the production management system are optimized to realize the scientific and rational management of the production workshop. And finally achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency of SF enterprises. This paper discusses the main research process and research content. Through the literature method of the relevant background of the paper and the existing domestic and foreign research results were investigated, and the final research results as the basis of follow-up research support. 2) theoretical research stage. In order to make the research project more scientific and reasonable, this study applies industrial engineering theory, production efficiency theory, process optimization theory and 5S field management theory. The above theory is the basis of the subject research. The theory of specialization is applied to the diagnostic stage of the subject research by combining theory with practice. This paper deeply analyzes the utilization ratio of raw materials in SF enterprises. Equipment utilization, labor productivity and cost and output rate, from these four aspects to diagnose the SF enterprise production efficiency problem. This stage carries on the factor analysis one by one, first has analyzed the raw material utilization factor aspect influence factor, then has analyzed the equipment aspect as well as the personnel aspect influence factor. Finally, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of production cost. 5) the strategy construction stage, according to the project production management theory, from the raw materials, equipment. In the implementation of the program, we also need to cooperate with the relevant implementation safeguards, such as salary management. Performance management countermeasures and so on. The research program from the perspective of theory and practice, for SF enterprise production efficiency to provide a sound strategy. This study on the production management of private manufacturing enterprises. This scheme can not only solve the problems faced by Shenyang SF enterprise, but also provide reference for the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country. To promote the development of production efficiency management in workshop work site for private enterprises in our country.
