【摘要】：文章首先構建了由經濟要素持有者(企業(yè))、科技要素持有者(大學、科研院所)和產業(yè)要素持有者(供應商、ODM/OEM)等多主體介入的產學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網絡結構。在此基礎上,設計了產學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新技術績效評價指標體系。進一步地,闡述了產學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過程中企業(yè)與外部創(chuàng)新主體的主要合作模式,以及面向合作對象的利益協(xié)調機制,并結合案例企業(yè)的四個典型創(chuàng)新項目對比驗證。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):多要素持有者介入的產學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新組織模式有利于加速技術創(chuàng)新及其商品化;建立系統(tǒng)的、相互關聯(lián)的評價指標體系有利于審視技術績效水平并尋找解決路徑,輔以利益協(xié)調機制可以調和創(chuàng)新主體之間的利益取向差異問題,進而改善技術創(chuàng)新綜合績效。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the paper constructs the economic factor holders (enterprises, scientific research institutes) and the industrial factor holders (suppliers), which are the holders of economic factors (enterprises), technological factors (universities, research institutes) and industry factors (suppliers). On the basis of this, we design the performance evaluation index system of collaborative innovation technology. This paper expounds the main modes of cooperation between the enterprise and the external innovation subject in the process of collaborative innovation and the benefit coordination mechanism oriented to the object of cooperation. Combined with the comparative verification of four typical innovation projects in the case of enterprises, the study found that: the multi-factor holders involved in collaborative innovation organization model is conducive to accelerate technological innovation and its commercialization; The establishment of a systematic and interrelated evaluation index system is conducive to examine the level of technical performance and to find a solution to the problem, supplemented by a mechanism of interest coordination can reconcile the differences in interest orientation among innovation subjects. And then improve the comprehensive performance of technological innovation.
