【摘要】：EAM(企業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理)是針對資產(chǎn)密集型企業(yè)設(shè)備管理信息化解決方案。其核心內(nèi)容并不是管理,而是解決大數(shù)據(jù)時代雜亂無章數(shù)據(jù)的有形數(shù)據(jù)庫。通過系統(tǒng)來對基礎(chǔ)的原始數(shù)據(jù)進行收集、歸類和分析,積累企業(yè)日常出現(xiàn)的問題、經(jīng)驗和解決問題的辦法。企業(yè)各個層面的人員從這些數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)和汲取經(jīng)驗,找到同類或類似的問題,從而出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的方向和方法。對于一個企業(yè)來說,EAM并不僅僅是一個軟件,而是一個企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策的依據(jù)和技術(shù)、管理創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)。本文對特鋼企業(yè)設(shè)備實際狀況進行分析。針對其設(shè)備特點,將設(shè)備進行歸類、收集,建立設(shè)備樹。在設(shè)備樹的節(jié)點上,建立四大標準,形成設(shè)備工作的標準體系。設(shè)計適合于企業(yè)設(shè)備管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程,形成工作流。結(jié)合以上信息把EAM中的模塊：資產(chǎn)管理,采購管理,庫存管理,工作管理,合同管理和服務(wù)管理六大標準功能模塊進行客戶化�？紤]企業(yè)不同層面的管理需求,開發(fā)KPI(關(guān)鍵績效管理)報表。在系統(tǒng)上線運行之后,通過運行中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,設(shè)計FEMA(潛在失效模式分析)模塊,優(yōu)化標準體系。設(shè)計故障分析模塊,根據(jù)分析指向的不同,動態(tài)優(yōu)化預(yù)防、預(yù)測性維修體系,實現(xiàn)設(shè)備管理工作的閉環(huán)和持續(xù)改善。同時,為了彌補點檢手段不足,增設(shè)在線和離線點檢系統(tǒng)。論文應(yīng)用日本的TPM(全員生產(chǎn)維修)設(shè)備管理理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),同時融合了PDCA工作循環(huán)管理理論,以信息化手段進行實施。EAM是提升企業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理的信息化手段,通過開發(fā)和實施EAM系統(tǒng),可以實現(xiàn)提高設(shè)備有效作業(yè),降低為何費用,降低庫存資金占用,從而提高企業(yè)的效益。
[Abstract]:EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is an information-based solution for equipment management in capital-intensive enterprises. Its core content is not management. It is to solve the physical database of random data in big data's time. Through the system to collect, classify and analyze the basic raw data, accumulate the daily problems of the enterprise. Experience and problem-solving. People at all levels of the enterprise discover and learn from these data, find similar or similar problems, and then develop innovative directions and methods. For an enterprise. EAM is not only a software, but also the basis of strategic decision, technology and management innovation of an enterprise. This paper analyzes the actual situation of the equipment in special steel enterprise and aims at the characteristics of the equipment. The equipment is classified, collected and set up the equipment tree. On the node of the equipment tree, four standards are established to form the standard system of equipment work, and the business process suitable for enterprise equipment management is designed. Form workflow. Combine the above information to EAM modules: asset management, procurement management, inventory management, job management. The six standard function modules of contract management and service management are customized. Considering the management requirements of different levels of enterprises, KPI (key performance Management) reports are developed. Through the problems found in the operation, design FEMA (latent failure mode analysis) module, optimize the standard system, design the fault analysis module, according to the different analysis points, dynamically optimize the prevention. Predictive maintenance system to achieve closed-loop and continuous improvement of equipment management. At the same time, in order to make up for the lack of inspection methods. The paper uses the PDCA (full production maintenance) equipment management theory as the theoretical basis and integrates the PDCA working cycle management theory. Through the development and implementation of EAM system, it can improve the effective operation of equipment and reduce the cost. Reduce the use of inventory funds, thereby improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
