【摘要】：加強(qiáng)公共技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)對(duì)于提高中小企業(yè)質(zhì)量技術(shù)水平、增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力、實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型具有重要意義,而建立科學(xué)、完善的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系是推動(dòng)平臺(tái)健康發(fā)展的有力保障。以珠海進(jìn)出口公共技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)為例,從建設(shè)者和使用者的視角,應(yīng)用層次分析法與模糊綜合評(píng)判法構(gòu)建平臺(tái)運(yùn)行能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)其2015年運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出改進(jìn)措施和建議,為平臺(tái)建設(shè)運(yùn)行與可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of public technology service platform is of great significance for improving the quality and technology level of small and medium-sized enterprises, enhancing the ability of independent innovation and realizing the strategic transformation. Perfect performance evaluation system is a powerful guarantee to promote the healthy development of the platform. Take Zhuhai import and export public technology service platform as an example, from the perspective of builders and users. This paper applies AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a comprehensive evaluation model of platform operation ability, and makes an empirical analysis of its operation in 2015, and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions according to the results of the analysis. It provides reference basis for platform construction operation and sustainable development.
