【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),知識(shí)已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵資源,知識(shí)管理也已成為企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分。知識(shí)共享作為知識(shí)管理的核心內(nèi)容,決定著知識(shí)管理的水平和效果,對(duì)組織績(jī)效能夠起到重要的促進(jìn)作用。由于受到多種環(huán)境因素的影響,現(xiàn)階段各類(lèi)工程管理組織的知識(shí)共享績(jī)效并不理想。因此,本文試圖通過(guò)分析研究環(huán)境因素對(duì)項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享績(jī)效的影響機(jī)理,為各類(lèi)工程管理組織更好的開(kāi)展知識(shí)共享活動(dòng),不斷改善知識(shí)共享績(jī)效提供參考和借鑒。首先,本文在分析現(xiàn)有知識(shí)共享模式及模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程管理組織知識(shí)共享的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了工程管理組織內(nèi)部知識(shí)共享模型。通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)共享績(jī)效及其現(xiàn)狀分析,對(duì)知識(shí)共享績(jī)效的概念和內(nèi)涵加以界定,利用文獻(xiàn)研究和專(zhuān)家訪談法識(shí)別出影響項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享績(jī)效的主要環(huán)境因素,包括:組織結(jié)構(gòu)、組織文化、共享平臺(tái)、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持和組織單元獨(dú)立性。其次,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究和理論分析,本文對(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、組織文化、共享平臺(tái)、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持、組織單元獨(dú)立性、知識(shí)共享意愿、知識(shí)共享能力和知識(shí)共享績(jī)效等研究變量的含義進(jìn)行了界定,開(kāi)發(fā)出相應(yīng)的測(cè)量量表,提出研究假設(shè),并構(gòu)建出環(huán)境因素對(duì)項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享績(jī)效的影響機(jī)理理論模型。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證研究的方法和步驟,編制出相應(yīng)的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并通過(guò)發(fā)放和回收調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS17.0和AMOS21.0等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和信效度檢驗(yàn),將經(jīng)過(guò)處理的數(shù)據(jù)與構(gòu)建的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型相結(jié)合,對(duì)初始結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),根據(jù)相關(guān)要求和方法對(duì)初始結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行修正,得出最優(yōu)模型。然后利用初始結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最終確定了環(huán)境因素對(duì)項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享績(jī)效的影響機(jī)理,驗(yàn)證了知識(shí)共享意愿和知識(shí)共享能力的中介效應(yīng),并對(duì)實(shí)證研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論。本文的研究成果不僅豐富了工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)共享理論,而且可以為各類(lèi)工程管理組織采取有效措施不斷改善知識(shí)共享績(jī)效提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a key resource for the survival and development of enterprises, knowledge management has become an important part of enterprise management. Knowledge sharing is the core content of knowledge management, determines the level and effect of knowledge management on organizational performance, can play an important role. Due to the impact of various environmental all kinds of factors, knowledge of project management organization current sharing performance is not ideal. Therefore, this paper attempts to influence on the performance mechanism of sharing project knowledge through the analysis of environmental factors, carry out knowledge sharing activities for all kinds of project management organization better, improve the performance of knowledge sharing and provide reference. Firstly, based on the analysis of the existing knowledge sharing model and model, combined with the characteristics of organizational knowledge sharing in project management, construction project management organization internal knowledge Knowledge sharing model. Through the analysis of the performance and status of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing concept and defines the connotation of performance, the use of literature research and expert interviews to identify the effects of main environmental factors for knowledge sharing performance of project members, including: organization structure, organization culture, sharing platform, incentive mechanism, leadership support and independent organization unit. Secondly, through literature research and theoretical analysis, the organizational structure, organizational culture, sharing platform, incentive mechanism, leadership support, organizational unit independence, knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing performance as research variables to define the meaning of sharing knowledge and ability, develop the corresponding measurement scale, puts forward the research assumptions, and constructs the environmental factors on the project knowledge sharing mechanism model performance. Finally, according to the methods and steps of empirical research, the corresponding adjustment And through the issuance of questionnaires and questionnaire to collect data, descriptive statistical analysis and validity test using SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software to the collected data and the processed data and structural equation model to test the combination of initial structural equation model, the correction of initial structural equation model according to the relevant requirements and methods, the optimal model. And then verify the theoretical assumptions of the initial structural equation model and the optimal structural equation model, and ultimately determine the environmental factors on the project members knowledge sharing mechanism performance, verify the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing ability, and the empirical results are analyzed and discussed. This research not only enriches the construction of domain knowledge sharing theory, but also for all types of Engineering Management The organization should take effective measures to improve the performance of knowledge sharing.
