【摘要】：本文以我國中小板上市公司為研究樣本,區(qū)分上市公司所處地區(qū),實證檢驗了不同背景特征的管理者所進行的研發(fā)投資行為對企業(yè)績效的影響。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在東部地區(qū)的企業(yè)中,管理者的教育層次與研發(fā)投資之間呈顯著正相關關系,并且這種研發(fā)投資對企業(yè)績效有顯著的正面影響;管理者的年齡與研發(fā)投資之間呈顯著負相關關系,但是對企業(yè)績效并沒有顯著影響。在中西部地區(qū)企業(yè)中,僅發(fā)現(xiàn)管理者教育層次、研發(fā)投資以及兩者的交叉項與公司績效顯著相關。研究結(jié)論表明,不同地區(qū)環(huán)境下管理者背景特征對企業(yè)研發(fā)投資以及公司績效的影響存在較大差異。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the small and medium-sized board listed companies as the research sample to distinguish the regions where the listed companies are located, and empirically tests the impact of R & D investment behavior of managers with different background characteristics on the performance of enterprises. In enterprises in the eastern region, there is a significant positive correlation between the level of managers' education and R & D investment, and this kind of R & D investment has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. There is a significant negative correlation between the age of managers and R & D investment, but there is no significant impact on corporate performance. R & D investment and their cross items are significantly correlated with corporate performance. The results show that the influence of background characteristics of managers on R & D investment and corporate performance is different in different regions.
