【摘要】：目的探討武漢市公務(wù)員心理壓力狀況及其影響因素。方法采用癥狀自評(píng)量表-90和邢占軍編制的中國(guó)城市居民主觀幸福感量表,對(duì)在職公務(wù)員的心理壓力進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果在憂郁、焦慮、軀體化、對(duì)立、人際關(guān)系敏感、驚恐、偏執(zhí)、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、精神病性這九個(gè)因子中,有272人(59.52%)至少一個(gè)因子在2.0以上有癥狀。在工作超載、成長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì)、成就動(dòng)機(jī)、期望與評(píng)價(jià)等4個(gè)維度評(píng)分上,男性公務(wù)員和女性公務(wù)員的心理壓力差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05)。不同年齡段、性別和學(xué)歷的公務(wù)員的心理壓力差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論政府和社會(huì)公眾應(yīng)重視公務(wù)員群體的價(jià)值取向、心理健康和工作生活情況,應(yīng)重視和加強(qiáng)青年、級(jí)別較低公務(wù)員群體心理健康教育,適當(dāng)調(diào)整公務(wù)員隊(duì)伍績(jī)效考核與選拔機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the psychological stress of civil servants in Wuhan and its influencing factors. Methods the symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the subjective Well-being scale (SWB) of Chinese urban residents were developed by using the symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). Results in the nine factors of depression, anxiety, somatization, antagonism, interpersonal sensitivity, panic, paranoid, obsessive symptoms, psychosis. At least one factor had symptoms above 2.0. There were four dimensions of work overload, growth opportunity, achievement motivation, expectation and evaluation. There were significant differences in psychological stress between male and female civil servants (P 0.05). There were significant differences in psychological stress between male and female civil servants (P 0.05). Conclusion the government and the public should pay attention to the value orientation, mental health and working life of civil servants. We should pay attention to and strengthen the mental health education of young people, lower rank civil servants, and adjust the performance evaluation and selection mechanism of civil servants.
