【摘要】:銀行員工的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)是銀行與員工間的交流和傳達(dá)未來(lái)預(yù)期效果的媒介,對(duì)銀行的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。將連續(xù)區(qū)間有序加權(quán)平均(C-OWA)算子和power平均算子相結(jié)合,提出一種連續(xù)區(qū)間power有序加權(quán)平均(CPOWA)算子,并提出了一種基于C-POWA算子的銀行員工績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)方法。該方法綜合考慮不同銀行員工績(jī)效考核結(jié)果之間的相關(guān)性和不同決策者對(duì)同一員工進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核得到的結(jié)果之間的相關(guān)性,使得對(duì)銀行員工的績(jī)效考核更具有客觀性和公平性,而且決策者還可以根據(jù)個(gè)人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度對(duì)績(jī)效考核處理方式進(jìn)行調(diào)整。最后通過(guò)某銀行的員工績(jī)效考核來(lái)說(shuō)明該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The performance evaluation of bank employees is the medium of communication between banks and employees and the communication of expected results in the future. It is very important for the development of banks to combine the continuous interval ordered weighted average operator (C-OWA) operator with the power average operator. A continuous interval power ordered weighted average operator is proposed. A C-POWA operator based performance evaluation method for bank employees is proposed, which considers the correlation between the results of performance appraisal of different bank employees and the performance of the same employee by different decision makers. The correlation between the results obtained from the review. It makes the performance evaluation of bank employees more objective and fair. And the decision maker can adjust the performance appraisal according to the personal risk attitude. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method can be demonstrated by the employee performance appraisal of a bank.
