【摘要】：用生態(tài)足跡量化方法評估校園食堂飲食產(chǎn)生的碳足跡,研究結(jié)果說明校園食堂產(chǎn)生可觀的碳足跡排放量。提出用生態(tài)標(biāo)簽標(biāo)明校園使用者飲食足跡的排放量,以減少食物浪費(fèi)和不必要的食物需求,并對食材碳排放的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,全面減少碳排放,以達(dá)到構(gòu)建綠色生態(tài)校園的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The carbon footprint of campus canteens was assessed by using the method of ecological footprint quantification . The results showed that significant carbon footprint emissions were generated in the campus canteen . The eco - labelling was used to identify the discharge of food footprint of campus users , so as to reduce food waste and unnecessary food demand , and to adjust the structure of carbon emission of food materials , so as to reduce carbon emission , so as to achieve the development goal of green ecological campus .
