金牛中西餐廳有限公司薪酬與績(jī)效管理改進(jìn)方案的研究

【摘要】: 隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與人民生活水平的提高,餐飲行業(yè)也隨之迅速發(fā)展,如何把握機(jī)遇迎接挑戰(zhàn)是每個(gè)餐飲企業(yè)所必須面對(duì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。在對(duì)生活質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高的今天,餐飲行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,餐飲企業(yè)所面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境更嚴(yán)峻、復(fù)雜、更加難以把握。餐飲企業(yè)如何在這種復(fù)雜多變,既有機(jī)遇又有挑戰(zhàn)的環(huán)境下生存?金牛中西餐廳有限公司作為長(zhǎng)沙餐飲行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè),同樣面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),在突破了產(chǎn)品和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)階段之后,內(nèi)部管理問(wèn)題成為主要矛盾制約著金牛中西餐廳有限公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。金牛中西餐廳有限公司意識(shí)到,在人員流動(dòng)率居服務(wù)行業(yè)前列的餐飲行業(yè)中,人力資源乃是企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的根本所在。 本文依據(jù)現(xiàn)代餐飲企業(yè)的人力資源管理理論,結(jié)合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和所面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,分析研究了金牛中西餐廳有限公司人力資源管理情況并提出了一套適應(yīng)金牛中西餐廳有限公司現(xiàn)實(shí)情況和未來(lái)發(fā)展的薪酬和績(jī)效解決方案。全文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,闡述了本文研究的背景、意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述及研究思路。第二部分對(duì)金牛中西餐廳有限公司人力資源管理發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了金牛中西餐廳有限公司薪酬和績(jī)效管理存在的問(wèn)題。第三部分通過(guò)金牛中西餐廳有限公司與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)的對(duì)比分析,更全面的認(rèn)識(shí)到了金牛中西餐廳有限公司薪酬和績(jī)效管理的不足。第四部分是對(duì)金牛中西餐廳有限公司人力薪酬管理改善方案的設(shè)計(jì),包括總體設(shè)計(jì)和各模塊設(shè)計(jì)。第五部分則是對(duì)金牛中西餐廳有限公司績(jī)效管理改善方案的研究,同樣包括總體設(shè)計(jì)和各模塊設(shè)計(jì)。第六部分則作出了改善方案的實(shí)施規(guī)劃和實(shí)施保障措施的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)以上研究,本文較為全面的解決了金牛中西餐廳有限公司薪酬與績(jī)效管理改善的問(wèn)題,也為其它同類(lèi)企業(yè)提供了有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the people's living standard, the catering industry has also developed rapidly. How to grasp the opportunity to meet the challenge is a realistic subject that every catering enterprise must face. With the higher and higher quality of life today, the catering industry market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, catering enterprises are facing a more severe, complex, more difficult to grasp the business environment. How can catering enterprises survive in this complex and changeable environment with both opportunities and challenges? As a leading enterprise in the catering industry of Changsha, Taurus and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. also faces enormous challenges, after breaking through the stage of product and marketing. Internal management problems become the main contradiction restricting the further development of Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. realizes that human resources are the root of internal management in the catering industry, where the turnover rate is in the forefront of the service industry. Based on the theory of human resource management in modern catering enterprises, this paper combines the present situation of enterprises and the operating environment that they face. This paper analyzes and studies the human resource management situation of Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd., and puts forward a set of compensation and performance solutions that adapt to the reality and future development of Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which describes the background, significance, literature review and research ideas of this paper. The second part analyzes the development course and present situation of human resource management in Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd., and summarizes the problems of compensation and performance management in Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. on the basis of full investigation. The third part through the Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. and benchmarking enterprise comparative analysis, a more comprehensive understanding of Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. compensation and performance management deficiencies. The fourth part is to the Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd. human compensation management improvement program design, including the overall design and each module design. The fifth part is the research on the performance management improvement scheme of Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd, which also includes the overall design and module design. The sixth part makes the implementation plan of the improvement program and the design of the implementation safeguard measures. Through the above research, this paper comprehensively solves the problem of compensation and performance management improvement in Taurus Chinese and Western Restaurant Co., Ltd., and also provides useful reference for other similar enterprises.
