信息化條件下的火鍋餐飲業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究
[Abstract]:The traditional management mode of hot pot catering has great defects and limitations in the current market demand. The characteristics of low threshold industry and manual management mode are easy to appear omissions and errors, and restricted the marketing mode of hot pot enterprises, and affected the marketing effect. For the sustainable development and profitability of enterprises, the traditional hotpot business model has been incompetent for the current market development. At the same time, with the rapid development of communication technology and the emergence of a large number of specialized software, the application of information technology has penetrated into various industries, which has brought a new development trend to many traditional industries. The innovation of business model in hot pot industry faces an important trend: combining closely with information technology to form a new mode of information management. In this new mode, hot pot catering enterprises can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of management, provide standardized production, and implement service management innovation. At the same time, we can adopt a wide range of channels of information marketing, ultimately to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, maintain sustainable development of profits. Based on the above background, this paper starts with the shortcomings brought by the traditional management mode of hot pot catering, aiming at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise management, and carries on the theory and case analysis to the innovation point of the business model of hot pot enterprise. Then cooperate with the questionnaire analysis of consumer perception experience. Finally, this paper analyzes the innovation points and feasibility of business model innovation of hot pot enterprises by adopting information management, and gives the relevant suggestions and summary of business model innovation of hot pot catering industry using information construction.
