【摘要】：加入WTO后 ,中國酒店業(yè)為盡快與世界同行業(yè)接軌 ,必須通過現(xiàn)代管理理論和實踐創(chuàng)新 ,有必要在管理意識中運用人本管理模式使人本管理模式的內(nèi)容將在我國酒店業(yè)得到進一步豐富和發(fā)展。隨著社會的發(fā)展和勞動者素質(zhì)的提高 ,理解人、尊重人的價值觀將會在旅游業(yè)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的酒店業(yè)中得到廣泛認可和運用。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, Chinese hotel industry must innovate through modern management theory and practice in order to connect with the same industry in the world as soon as possible. It is necessary to use the humanistic management mode in the management consciousness so that the contents of the humanistic management model will be further enriched and developed in the hotel industry of our country. With the development of society and the improvement of the quality of workers, understanding and respecting people's values will be widely recognized and applied in hotel industry, one of the pillar industries of tourism.
