組織公正對餐飲業(yè)員工工作態(tài)度和行為的影響研究

【摘要】:文章以組織行為學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究了組織公正對餐飲業(yè)員工工作態(tài)度和行為的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)分配公正和程序公正都對工作滿意和組織承諾有顯著的正向影響,但程序公正的影響較大;(2)程序公正對分配公正有顯著的正向影響;(3)工作滿意和組織承諾正向相關(guān),并且都對員工的離職意向和顧客導(dǎo)向有顯著的影響;(4)就影響方向來說,工作滿意和組織承諾負(fù)向影響員工的離職意向,正向影響員工的顧客導(dǎo)向。文章最后提出了管理建議、研究的不足之處和進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of organizational behavior, this paper studies the influence of organizational justice on the work attitude and behavior of restaurant employees by using the structural equation model. The results show that: (1) both distributive justice and procedural justice have significant positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. But the impact of procedural justice is greater; (2) procedural justice has a significant positive impact on distribution justice; (3) job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positively correlated, and both have a significant impact on employee turnover intention and customer orientation; (4) as far as the direction of influence is concerned, Job satisfaction and organizational commitment negatively affect employee turnover intention and positively affect employee customer orientation. Finally, the paper puts forward the management suggestion, the deficiency of the research and the direction of further research.
