【摘要】：隨著酒店業(yè)競爭的日趨激烈,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的人才,促進(jìn)員工素質(zhì)和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升勢在必行。然而我國一些高職院校的酒店管理專業(yè)仍然與人才培養(yǎng)與市場需求、理論與實(shí)踐相脫節(jié)。針對這些情況,分析了高職院校酒店管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的一般性問題,結(jié)合我國一些高職院校如蘇州衛(wèi)生職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校近年來的改革創(chuàng)新情況,提供了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry, it is imperative to train high-quality talents and promote the improvement of staff quality and service quality. However, the hotel management major in some higher vocational colleges in our country is still out of line with talent training and market demand, theory and practice. In view of these conditions, this paper analyzes the general problems existing in the training process of hotel management professionals in higher vocational colleges, and provides corresponding countermeasures in light of the reform and innovation of some higher vocational colleges in our country, such as Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical School in recent years.
