【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的星級酒店開始使用酒店管理信息系 統(tǒng)來進(jìn)行酒店的經(jīng)營管理,但由于管理實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和管理水平的不同,國內(nèi)開發(fā)的 酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)與國外先進(jìn)的酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)相比,仍有需要改進(jìn)的地方, 比如國內(nèi)開發(fā)的酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)中普遍缺少收益管理子系統(tǒng)。加上該子系統(tǒng) 后,就可通過合理地控制房價(jià)及優(yōu)化客房存貨的分配來最大限度地為酒店贏得收 入,就能為酒店帶來更高的效益和利潤。本文對此進(jìn)行了研究,其主要工作如下: (1) 對酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析:從酒店管理的信息處理 要求出發(fā),明確了酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),提出了酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具 有的功能以及設(shè)計(jì)原則。 (2) 對酒店收益管理子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為全面深入的研究:闡釋了酒店收益 管理的概念,提出了酒店實(shí)施收益管理必須要考慮的基本因素:提出了以酒店收 益率作為收益管理系統(tǒng)的評價(jià)指標(biāo)。 (3) 對酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行了研究:例如系統(tǒng)的設(shè)施配置方 式、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、軟件平臺包括服務(wù)器操作系統(tǒng)、工作站操作系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)等, 并應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全分層理論,對C/S結(jié)構(gòu)中的系統(tǒng)安全進(jìn)行了研究。 (4) 從C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的局限性出發(fā),提出了酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向是基 于WEB技術(shù)的B/S模式,以及結(jié)合B/S跨平臺優(yōu)勢和C/S強(qiáng)大企業(yè)級業(yè)務(wù)處理能 力的B/S與C/S的混合模式;依據(jù)收益管理系統(tǒng)在國外的應(yīng)用效果,結(jié)合我國酒 店業(yè)目前的情況,提出收益管理系統(tǒng)在我國有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, more and more star hotels begin to use hotel management information department. But due to the difference of management experience and management level, domestic development. Compared with the advanced hotel management information system in foreign countries, the hotel management information system still needs to be improved. For example, there is a general lack of revenue management subsystem in the hotel management information system developed in China. By controlling the room price reasonably and optimizing the allocation of guest room inventory, we can win the hotel the maximum revenue. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1) analyze the overall design of hotel management information system: from the hotel management information processing. Based on the requirements, the design goal of hotel management information system is defined, and the hotel management information system is put forward. Some functions and design principles. 2) A comprehensive and in-depth study of the hotel revenue management subsystem is made: the hotel revenue is explained. The concept of management and the basic factors that must be considered in the implementation of revenue management are put forward. Profit rate is the evaluation index of income management system. The technical scheme of hotel management information system (MIS) is studied, for example, the facility configuration side of the system. Communication network, software platform including server operating system, workstation operating system, database system, etc. The system security in C / S structure is studied by using the theory of network security stratification. 4) based on the limitation of C / S structure, the author points out that the development direction of hotel management information system is based on. The B / S model of WEB technology and the combination of B / S cross-platform advantages and C / S strong enterprise-level business processing capabilities. The mixed mode of B / S and C / S of force; based on the application effect of income management system in foreign countries, combining with wine in China. In the present situation of the store industry, it is put forward that the income management system has a broad application prospect in our country.
