國際游客餐飲行為及其對(duì)陜西地方小吃的感知

【摘要】:旅游餐飲不僅影響旅游者對(duì)旅游行程滿意度的評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)也是重要的旅游吸引物。基于英文問卷開展深度訪談,通過對(duì)國際游客在西安的餐飲行為調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響國際游客餐飲決策的關(guān)鍵因素主要是食物質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。通過對(duì)國際游客對(duì)陜西地方小吃的感知調(diào)查,得出陜西地方小吃應(yīng)從以下方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn):做好整體規(guī)劃,挖掘餐飲文化內(nèi)涵,加大產(chǎn)品宣傳,改進(jìn)并提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,注意品牌形象的塑造和宣傳,確保食品安全。研究結(jié)果對(duì)西安構(gòu)建國際化大都市及其形象提升乃至我國旅游餐飲業(yè)的健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Tourism catering not only affects tourists' evaluation of travel satisfaction, but also is an important tourist attraction. Based on the English questionnaire, in-depth interviews are conducted to investigate the catering behavior of international tourists in Xi'an. It is found that food quality and service level are the key factors influencing international tourists' food decision-making. Through the investigation of international tourists' perception of Shaanxi local snacks, it is concluded that Shaanxi local snacks should be improved from the following aspects: make a good overall plan, Excavate food and beverage culture connotation, increase product propaganda, improve and improve service quality, pay attention to the molding and propagating of brand image, It is of great significance for Xi'an to construct an international metropolis and promote its image, even for the healthy development of tourism and catering industry in China.
