【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店已發(fā)展成為較成熟的酒店業(yè)態(tài)。1997年錦江國際集團(tuán)推出中國首家經(jīng)濟(jì)型連鎖酒店品牌—錦江之星,歷經(jīng)多年的飛速發(fā)展,許多世界著名品牌酒店也陸續(xù)推出了經(jīng)濟(jì)型連鎖酒店,并且快速在國內(nèi)眾多一、二線城市落地布點(diǎn),加快規(guī)模擴(kuò)張。當(dāng)這些區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店逐漸呈現(xiàn)飽和狀態(tài)時(shí),各大經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店逐漸將其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略投向中西部市場(chǎng)和二、三線城市。目前,作為二線城市的泰州,經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店發(fā)展還較為緩慢,雖然數(shù)量較多但絕大多數(shù)都沒有形成品牌,且多為單體酒店,缺乏競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)。面對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于泰州市的錦江之星經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店來說既面臨機(jī)遇也面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。錦江之星在泰州的發(fā)展迫切需要走出一條適合自己的發(fā)展之路。 本文首先對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行總體介紹,包括其產(chǎn)生背景、競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)和地域發(fā)展趨勢(shì),指出其目前的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)是紛紛向二三線城市擴(kuò)張。然后進(jìn)入到錦江之星在泰州發(fā)展的具體情形分析。運(yùn)用PEST分析錦江之星在泰州所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境,并運(yùn)用SWOT對(duì)錦江之星在泰州發(fā)展所具有的優(yōu)、劣勢(shì)以及所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)遇與威脅進(jìn)行深入探究,獲得相關(guān)的啟示。并據(jù)此提出錦江之星在泰州發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,包括總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和具體戰(zhàn)略選擇。
[Abstract]:In 1997, Jinjiang International Group launched the first economic hotel chain in China-Star of Jinjiang, after years of rapid development. Many famous brand hotels in the world have also launched the economic hotel chain, and quickly landing in many first and second tier cities in the country. Speed up the expansion of scale. When the economic hotels in these areas gradually show saturation, the major economic hotels gradually put their development strategy into the Midwest market and the second and third tier cities. At present. As a second-tier city of Taizhou, economic hotel development is still relatively slow, although a large number of but most of them have not formed a brand, and most of them are single hotels, lack of competitive advantage. Facing this situation. The Jinjiang Star economy Hotel in Taizhou is faced with both opportunities and challenges. The development of Jinjiang Star in Taizhou urgently needs to find a way suitable for its own development. First of all, this paper introduces the development of economic hotels in China, including its background, competitive advantage and regional development trend. It is pointed out that its current development trend is to expand to the second and third tier cities one after another, and then enter into the concrete situation analysis of the development of Jinjiang Star in Taizhou. Using PEST to analyze the macro environment facing Jinjiang Star in Taizhou. And the use of SWOT in the development of Jinjiang Star in Taizhou has the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities and threats faced by in-depth exploration. Based on this, the author puts forward the strategic choice for the development of Jinjiang Star in Taizhou, including the overall strategic goal and the specific strategic choice.
