【摘要】：隨著泰國(guó)西南部靠海五大城市的旅游業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，酒店也鱗次櫛比地迅速崛起。同時(shí)，人們也在關(guān)注和看重保護(hù)自然環(huán)境和酒店的綠色管理。Koh Ngai的Coco-Cottage Resort雖然起步晚,但是發(fā)展較好，那么Coco-Cottage Resort是否適合發(fā)展綠色酒店，綠色酒店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀如何，Coco-Cottage Resort的現(xiàn)狀如何,在綠色環(huán)保方面該如何發(fā)展? 本文的研究目的是研究綠色酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和Coco-Cottage Resort的綠色化現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題及原因，評(píng)估和幫助Coco-Cottage Resort提升綠色化管理水平。 本文首先介紹了課題的來(lái)源及研究背景，說(shuō)明了研究目的和研究意義，闡述了全文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法，列舉了研究綠色酒店的相關(guān)理論,如:企業(yè)對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任、綠色營(yíng)銷、綠色酒店概念、綠色酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、綠色酒店發(fā)展和行動(dòng)研究法。其次，，通過(guò)在Coco-Cottage Resort參觀、詢問(wèn)和訪談?lì)I(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、管理者和員工等人員,收集Koh Ngai和Coco-Cottage Resort現(xiàn)狀，然后進(jìn)行分析。再次，分析了Coco-Cottage Resort的現(xiàn)狀以及通過(guò)與綠色酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對(duì)照找出Coco-CottageResort發(fā)展綠色酒店存在的問(wèn)題，然后，進(jìn)行行動(dòng)研究、實(shí)驗(yàn)、觀測(cè)后找出實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果及原因。最后，從客觀分析、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分析、資金分析和消費(fèi)者的反對(duì)分析等方面為Coco-Cottage Resort提出如何提升綠色化管理的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in the five major cities near the sea in southwestern Thailand, hotels are also rising rapidly. At the same time. People are also paying attention to the protection of the natural environment and hotel green management. Koh Ngai Coco-Cottage Resort, although the start is late, but the development is better. Then Coco-Cottage Resort is suitable for the development of green hotel, and the current situation of green hotel development is the status quo of Coco-Cottage Resort. How to develop green environmental protection? The purpose of this paper is to study the standard of green hotel and the present situation, problems and reasons of Coco-Cottage Resort. Evaluate and assist Coco-Cottage Resort in improving green management. This paper first introduces the source and research background of the subject, explains the purpose and significance of the research, expounds the research content and research methods of the full text, and enumerates the relevant theories of the study of green hotel. For example: corporate social responsibility, green marketing, green hotel concept, green hotel standards, green hotel development and action research approach. Secondly, through a visit at Coco-Cottage Resort. Ask and interview leaders, managers and employees, collect Koh Ngai and Coco-Cottage Resort status, and then analyze. Again. Coco-Cottage is analyzed. The present situation of Resort and the problems existing in the development of green hotel by comparing with the standard of green hotel are found out. Then, the action research, experiment, observation to find out the results and reasons of the experiment. Finally, from the objective analysis, leadership analysis. Some suggestions on how to improve green management for Coco-Cottage Resort are put forward in the aspects of fund analysis and consumer objection analysis.
