【摘要】: 現(xiàn)代意義上的家庭旅館源于二戰(zhàn)后的英國,后逐漸流行于歐洲大陸,再流傳到美國,在歐、美發(fā)展十分迅速,并逐步趨向成熟,已經(jīng)在一些歐美發(fā)達國家形成了一個產(chǎn)值較為可觀的龐大產(chǎn)業(yè)。在東南亞地區(qū),家庭旅館也呈現(xiàn)出勃勃生機,如日本、韓國、馬來西亞等國開始對家庭旅館予以重視并加以扶持,以求促進家庭旅館的進一步發(fā)展。而在我國,家庭旅館盡管有較為深遠的歷史源淵,但是發(fā)展緩慢。我國現(xiàn)存的絕大部分家庭旅館都并非是我們所談的現(xiàn)代意義上的家庭旅館,現(xiàn)代意義的家庭旅館在我國還是一種新鮮事物。就因為人們的認識和觀念與國際不能接軌,與時代不能同步,才造成我國現(xiàn)代家庭旅館發(fā)展緩慢,導(dǎo)致其發(fā)展?jié)摿、其良好的效益都沒有被發(fā)掘出來。幸運的是,近年來,現(xiàn)代家庭旅館開始逐步被國人接納和認識,并且在一些地區(qū)已漸露頭角,尤其是旅游區(qū)家庭旅館,其旺季營業(yè),淡季居家的特點很好地緩解了由于我國休假制度不完善而造成的旅游季節(jié)性住宿供給不足的問題,充當了住宿業(yè)的“蓄水池”,從這一角度來說它并不僅是飯店、賓館的補充,而是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中頗具生命力的一環(huán),另一方面,家庭旅館在特色、休閑、價格等方面順應(yīng)了體驗式旅游、休閑度假式旅游、大眾旅游以及駕車族旅行的潮流,而且還在經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、社會等三方面具有良好的效益,若干年內(nèi),中國旅游區(qū)家庭旅館將會迅速發(fā)展。 家庭旅館在國外已經(jīng)發(fā)展了幾十年,從實踐上來講其發(fā)展模式早已形成,進入了成熟階段,在長期發(fā)展過程中已逐步形成了兩種基本的形式:一種叫BB(Bed+Breakfast)即床位加早餐;另一種叫Guesthouse,是家庭經(jīng)營的小型旅館,其房間大部分用來出租,但是真正將其作為一個獨立的飯店支系來研究,目前則仍未形成理論體系。而在國內(nèi),現(xiàn)代家庭旅館仍是一個新興的事物,無論在理論上,還是在實踐中,,我國家庭旅館的發(fā)展,可謂是步履蹣跚。在理論上,盡管國內(nèi)已經(jīng)有不少學(xué)者開始關(guān)注并研究這一領(lǐng)域,在不同角度,在不同層面都有一定的見地和成果,但遺憾的是目前仍未能形成系統(tǒng)。在實踐中,由于我國家庭旅館的地理位置、政策扶持、經(jīng)營群體、消費群、宣傳營銷、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的特殊性等原因而缺乏合適的發(fā)展平臺,成為我國飯店產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中缺失的一環(huán)。但是從我國經(jīng)濟和旅游發(fā)展的樂觀趨勢看,我們有理由相信隨著社會的前進,經(jīng)濟的推動,旅游區(qū)家庭旅館必將成為飯店業(yè)的一大亮點,是值得我們在理論上和實踐上進行摸索探討的。所以,如何發(fā)揮我國家庭旅館自身特點和優(yōu)勢,立足于自身文化根源,使旅游區(qū)家庭旅館成為游客旅游的一部分,成為有新奇感的經(jīng)歷,或成為代表區(qū)別于游客生活環(huán)境的風土人情;如何借鑒國外經(jīng)驗,探討國內(nèi)發(fā)展實戰(zhàn),形成合理的發(fā)展模式,促進旅游區(qū)家庭旅館業(yè)不斷完善和發(fā)展;如何從管理制度和經(jīng)營思路等角度,制定一系列扶植、優(yōu)化的政策制度,使之在起步階段就走上正軌,最終走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,就成為旅游區(qū)家庭旅館在本階段應(yīng)該研究探討的重要課題,也是本文的寫作的目的和意義所在。

But in our country, although there are more family hotel profound historical source, but the slow development of China. Most of the existing family hotel is not the modern significance of our talk about the family hotel, modern family hotel in China is still a new thing. Fortunately, in recent years, the modern family hotel gradually accepted and recognized by the people, and in some areas has gradually emerged, especially the tourism area of the family hotel, the operating characteristics of the season, the off-season home well solves the deficiencies of our vacation system imperfections caused by seasonal tourism accommodation supply problems, as the hotel industry "reservoir", from this point of view it is not only a hotel, a hotel, but the tourism industry chain in its vitality, on the other hand in the hotel, family characteristics, leisure, price and other aspects to experience tourism, leisure tourism, mass tourism and motorists travel trends, but also economic, environmental, social and other three aspects have good benefits, if In the year of the year, the family hotel in China's tourist area will develop rapidly.

In our country, because the family hotel location, policy support, business groups, consumer groups, marketing, and other special reasons of service products and the lack of suitable development platform, become the missing link of hotel industry chain in China. But from the optimistic trend of China's economy and tourism development, we have reason to believe that with the advance of the society, economy, tourism area family hotel will become a major bright spot of the hotel industry, is worthy of our exploration in theory and practice. Therefore, how to play the family hotel of our own characteristics and advantages, based on their own cultural roots, the tourist area become a family Hotel some tourists, as a novelty experience, or become the representative from the visitors to the living environment of the local customs and practices; how to learn from foreign experience, to explore the domestic development of actual combat, the formation of a reasonable model of development, promoting Continuous improvement and development in the tourist area of domestic hotel industry; from the management system and management ideas and other point of view, to develop a series of policy support, optimize the system, so that in the initial stage on the road, eventually go on the road of sustainable development, tourism has become an important topic to study in the area of family hotel in this stage also, the writing purpose and meaning.
