摘要

隨著信息技術(shù)的普及和INTERNET的迅猛發(fā)展，我國(guó)的酒店業(yè)開(kāi)始進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)的初步應(yīng)用階段，已經(jīng)有越來(lái)越多的酒店認(rèn)識(shí)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電子商務(wù)所能帶來(lái)的巨大商業(yè)利益。也有的酒店開(kāi)始結(jié)成集團(tuán)以增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理。在這樣一個(gè)歷史背景下，酒店管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ玫匠浞轴尫拧?/p>

本論文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外酒店管理系統(tǒng)的歷史以及發(fā)展歷程，闡述了酒店管理系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代酒店業(yè)內(nèi)的積極作用。系統(tǒng)調(diào)查研究階段，在了解歷史展望未來(lái)的前提下，結(jié)合星辰酒店管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)情況、內(nèi)部管理情況。對(duì)星辰酒店管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了可行性分析，得出系統(tǒng)可行的觀點(diǎn)。進(jìn)而對(duì)星辰酒店管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的需求分析，提出酒店管理系統(tǒng)的頂層數(shù)據(jù)流圖，架構(gòu)出星辰酒店管理系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊的主要功能。進(jìn)一步通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)字典對(duì)各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行深入分解。畫出各模塊的數(shù)據(jù)元素卡、數(shù)據(jù)流卡、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)卡、數(shù)據(jù)處理卡。繼而提出用.net工具來(lái)架構(gòu)星辰酒店管理系統(tǒng)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)階段。首先確定系統(tǒng)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu)為SQL+.NET為平臺(tái)，然后做出星辰酒店內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖，以配合軟件的正常穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。接下來(lái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行劃分，畫出各模塊的活動(dòng)圖、程序流程圖等相關(guān)專業(yè)圖形以輔助分析。之后進(jìn)入了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的邏輯設(shè)計(jì)，畫出了各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)表之間的E-R關(guān)系圖。清晰各數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。給出了所有后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)表的表結(jié)構(gòu)，完成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)施階段，把需求分析與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作和構(gòu)思變成現(xiàn)實(shí)，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)功能，截取了相關(guān)圖片。最后總結(jié)與展望，總結(jié)自己在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中付出的辛苦與所獲得的喜悅與成就感，與設(shè)計(jì)成功后的喜悅與成就感相比辛苦就不值的一提。還有那個(gè)在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中給過(guò)我?guī)椭娜吮硎靖兄x。

ABSTRACT

Along with the popularization of information technology and the rapid development of internet, china's hotel industry has begun to enter the e-commerce application stage, has been more and more aware of the hotel network and e-commerce can bring the enormous commercial interests. Some hotels have begun to form groups to enhance competitiveness, a unified modern business and management. At present, as the hotel e-commerce system, its contents have been involved in all aspects of hotel management.

Stars studios has been in the traditional mode of operation and management, in the traditional mode of existence hotel ineffective publicity, cumbersome management, lack of customer information and feedback channels inadequate. Considering the stars studios problems and current information technology maturity, concepts and application of e-commerce website development technology is achieved to the stars studios management system. Hotel management system can save a lot of manpower and resource, help the hotel to increase service project, improve the hotel service quality, reduce the loopholes in management, improve the overall economic benefits of hotel. If perfect reservation function prevents the room can not rent or full real reset occurs, at any time to provide accurate room use and booking situation, thereby increasing occupancy rate. Guest account cost directly, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of his accounts. Perfect analysis function can be used for marketing, such as determining the promotion focus areas and how to master the floating price. The correct control price and the guest preferences, thereby reducing the management loopholes, increase room revenue. Scientific, formal, systematic hotel software system in hotel management system also plays a strong role in the stabilization, which can obviously reduce the staff and management staff mobility on the adverse effects of hotel management operation. The system provides multiple levels of security, to ensure all the data are not to intervene the inspection and operation. Daily audit system, the cost of various preferential controlling, accounts receivable management, staff workload assessment, employee operation process tracking, can strengthen the hotel management. Hotel information system can provide a complete historical data, and can provide a variety of analysis model, can make the management is convenient to perform complex statistical analysis work, and to strengthen the internal control of hotel operations, enhance the management level of the control decision.
