【摘要】：利用中國2001~2003年經(jīng)濟(jì)普查數(shù)據(jù),從企業(yè)層面就FDI流入對內(nèi)資企業(yè)的就業(yè)和工資水平的影響進(jìn)行實證分析表明:FDI流入對內(nèi)資企業(yè)工資水平的正面效應(yīng)是非常明顯的,但有別于以前結(jié)論的是,企業(yè)層面FDI流入對就業(yè)水平的促進(jìn)作用并不明顯。原因在于外資的進(jìn)入可能會對內(nèi)資企業(yè)產(chǎn)生擠出效應(yīng),從而抵消通過關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)帶來的就業(yè)增加。所有制、創(chuàng)新能力和出口傾向也是影響FDI流入對內(nèi)資企業(yè)就業(yè)和工資水平產(chǎn)生效應(yīng)的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the economic survey data of China from 2001 to 2003, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of FDI inflow on the employment and wage level of domestic enterprises from the enterprise level, and shows that the positive effect of FDI inflow on the wage level of domestic enterprises is very obvious, but different from the previous conclusion, the promoting effect of FDI inflow at enterprise level on employment level is not obvious. The reason is that the entry of foreign capital may have a crowding-out effect on domestic enterprises, thus offsetting the increase in employment caused by the correlation effect. Ownership, innovation ability and export tendency are also important factors that affect the effect of FDI inflow on employment and wage level of domestic enterprises.
