建設(shè)銀行湖南省分行第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)交易模式,代表著未來(lái)貿(mào)易方式的發(fā)展方向。電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用和推廣給社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大變革,電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)最具活力的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。第三方支付是電子商務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。沒有結(jié)算職能的非銀行第三方支付服務(wù)商主導(dǎo)了目前的第三方支付市場(chǎng),并為其帶來(lái)大量的沉淀資金;而具有結(jié)算職能的商業(yè)銀行反而成了第三方支付服務(wù)商的配角。 隨著電子商務(wù)及第三方支付市場(chǎng)持續(xù)發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的巨大商機(jī),商業(yè)銀行不應(yīng)滿足于僅提供結(jié)算服務(wù)的依附性角色,應(yīng)建設(shè)自己的電子商務(wù)、第三方支付平臺(tái),進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),為客戶提供包括第三方支付在內(nèi)的綜合化服務(wù)。 本文首先介紹了第三方支付發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵及運(yùn)作模式,包括第三方支付的起源、概念及商業(yè)運(yùn)作模式,推動(dòng)第三方支付發(fā)展的重要因素及其所涉及的支付平臺(tái)、信譽(yù)評(píng)級(jí)、交易信息發(fā)布與撮合、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等內(nèi)容,,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行參與第三方支付的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。結(jié)合建設(shè)銀行湖南省分行第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)目前電子商務(wù)發(fā)展情況、第三方支付發(fā)展及商業(yè)銀行參與第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)的格局,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)建行湖南分行第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行開展第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)情況分析可知,國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行參與三方支付業(yè)務(wù)的程度和特點(diǎn)與政府的政策支持和國(guó)家法律規(guī)范密切相關(guān)。在現(xiàn)階段面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下,建設(shè)銀行湖南省分行應(yīng)從在線支付與線下支付兩方面入手,按照“泛在、跨界”的策略思路,逐步建立獨(dú)具該行特色、與商業(yè)銀行職能相關(guān)的電子商務(wù)交易平臺(tái),以該行卓越品牌為依托,以第三方支付平臺(tái)為手段,深化客戶細(xì)分市場(chǎng),為該行客戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易需求提供綜合信息發(fā)布、交易撮合、第三方支付、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸等全面的商業(yè)延伸、增值服務(wù),并使其成為該行為客戶提供綜合化服務(wù)的新產(chǎn)品、新平臺(tái)、新手段,成為新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)來(lái)源。
[Abstract]:E-commerce transaction mode represents the development direction of future trade mode. The application and promotion of electronic commerce has brought great changes to social and economic development. E-commerce has become the most dynamic growth point of the global economy. Third-party payment is the product of the rapid development of electronic commerce. Non-bank third-party payment service providers without settlement function dominate the current third-party payment market and bring a lot of precipitated funds to them, while commercial banks with settlement function have become the supporting role of third-party payment service providers. With the huge business opportunities brought by the sustainable development of e-commerce and the third-party payment market, commercial banks should not be satisfied with the dependent role of only providing settlement services, but should build their own e-commerce, third-party payment platform, enter the main battlefield of e-commerce, and provide customers with integrated services, including third-party payment. This paper first introduces the connotation and operation mode of the development of third-party payment, including the origin, concept and commercial operation mode of third-party payment, the important factors to promote the development of third-party payment and its related payment platform, reputation rating, transaction information release and matchmaking, risk control and so on, and makes a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of commercial banks participating in third-party payment. Combined with the present situation of the development of third party payment business in Hunan Branch of Construction Bank, this paper analyzes the current development of electronic commerce in China, the development of third party payment and the pattern of commercial banks participating in third party payment business. On this basis, the present situation and problems of third party payment business in Hunan Branch of CCB are compared and analyzed. Through the analysis of the third party payment business of foreign commercial banks, it can be seen that the degree and characteristics of foreign commercial banks participating in tripartite payment business are closely related to the policy support of the government and the national legal norms. Under the realistic environment faced at this stage, China Construction Bank Hunan Branch should start from two aspects: online payment and offline payment, and gradually establish an e-commerce trading platform with its own characteristics, related to the functions of commercial banks, relying on the bank's outstanding brand and taking the third-party payment platform as a means to deepen customer market segmentation, in accordance with the strategic thinking of "ubiquitous and cross-border". To provide comprehensive information release, dealmaking, third-party payment, online credit and other comprehensive business extension, value-added services for the bank's customers' online transaction demand, and make it become a new product, new platform, new means for the bank to provide integrated services to customers, and become a new source of profit growth.
