建設銀行湖南省分行第三方支付業(yè)務發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:電子商務交易模式,代表著未來貿易方式的發(fā)展方向。電子商務的應用和推廣給社會和經濟發(fā)展帶來巨大變革,電子商務已經成為全球經濟最具活力的增長點。第三方支付是電子商務迅猛發(fā)展的產物。沒有結算職能的非銀行第三方支付服務商主導了目前的第三方支付市場,并為其帶來大量的沉淀資金;而具有結算職能的商業(yè)銀行反而成了第三方支付服務商的配角。 隨著電子商務及第三方支付市場持續(xù)發(fā)展所帶來的巨大商機,商業(yè)銀行不應滿足于僅提供結算服務的依附性角色,應建設自己的電子商務、第三方支付平臺,進入電子商務的主戰(zhàn)場,為客戶提供包括第三方支付在內的綜合化服務。 本文首先介紹了第三方支付發(fā)展的內涵及運作模式,包括第三方支付的起源、概念及商業(yè)運作模式,推動第三方支付發(fā)展的重要因素及其所涉及的支付平臺、信譽評級、交易信息發(fā)布與撮合、風險控制等內容,,對商業(yè)銀行參與第三方支付的競爭力優(yōu)劣勢進行了系統(tǒng)分析。結合建設銀行湖南省分行第三方支付業(yè)務發(fā)展現狀,分析了國內目前電子商務發(fā)展情況、第三方支付發(fā)展及商業(yè)銀行參與第三方支付業(yè)務的格局,在此基礎上對建行湖南分行第三方支付業(yè)務現狀及問題進行了對比分析。通過對國外商業(yè)銀行開展第三方支付業(yè)務情況分析可知,國外商業(yè)銀行參與三方支付業(yè)務的程度和特點與政府的政策支持和國家法律規(guī)范密切相關。在現階段面臨的現實環(huán)境下,建設銀行湖南省分行應從在線支付與線下支付兩方面入手,按照“泛在、跨界”的策略思路,逐步建立獨具該行特色、與商業(yè)銀行職能相關的電子商務交易平臺,以該行卓越品牌為依托,以第三方支付平臺為手段,深化客戶細分市場,為該行客戶的網絡交易需求提供綜合信息發(fā)布、交易撮合、第三方支付、網絡信貸等全面的商業(yè)延伸、增值服務,并使其成為該行為客戶提供綜合化服務的新產品、新平臺、新手段,成為新的利潤增長來源。
[Abstract]:E-commerce transaction mode represents the development direction of future trade mode. The application and promotion of electronic commerce has brought great changes to social and economic development. E-commerce has become the most dynamic growth point of the global economy. Third-party payment is the product of the rapid development of electronic commerce. Non-bank third-party payment service providers without settlement function dominate the current third-party payment market and bring a lot of precipitated funds to them, while commercial banks with settlement function have become the supporting role of third-party payment service providers. With the huge business opportunities brought by the sustainable development of e-commerce and the third-party payment market, commercial banks should not be satisfied with the dependent role of only providing settlement services, but should build their own e-commerce, third-party payment platform, enter the main battlefield of e-commerce, and provide customers with integrated services, including third-party payment. This paper first introduces the connotation and operation mode of the development of third-party payment, including the origin, concept and commercial operation mode of third-party payment, the important factors to promote the development of third-party payment and its related payment platform, reputation rating, transaction information release and matchmaking, risk control and so on, and makes a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of commercial banks participating in third-party payment. Combined with the present situation of the development of third party payment business in Hunan Branch of Construction Bank, this paper analyzes the current development of electronic commerce in China, the development of third party payment and the pattern of commercial banks participating in third party payment business. On this basis, the present situation and problems of third party payment business in Hunan Branch of CCB are compared and analyzed. Through the analysis of the third party payment business of foreign commercial banks, it can be seen that the degree and characteristics of foreign commercial banks participating in tripartite payment business are closely related to the policy support of the government and the national legal norms. Under the realistic environment faced at this stage, China Construction Bank Hunan Branch should start from two aspects: online payment and offline payment, and gradually establish an e-commerce trading platform with its own characteristics, related to the functions of commercial banks, relying on the bank's outstanding brand and taking the third-party payment platform as a means to deepen customer market segmentation, in accordance with the strategic thinking of "ubiquitous and cross-border". To provide comprehensive information release, dealmaking, third-party payment, online credit and other comprehensive business extension, value-added services for the bank's customers' online transaction demand, and make it become a new product, new platform, new means for the bank to provide integrated services to customers, and become a new source of profit growth.
