【摘要】：作為追求高回報、承擔(dān)高風(fēng)險的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資,在促進中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中逐步扮演起重要角色。中小企業(yè)在引進創(chuàng)業(yè)投資解決"資金瓶頸"問題的同時,應(yīng)重點關(guān)注創(chuàng)業(yè)投資與資本市場的有機結(jié)合,為中小企業(yè)的持續(xù)和快速發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ),也為創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的適時退出和獲取高額回報創(chuàng)造條件,從而最終達到中小企業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)投資雙贏的局面。
[Abstract]:As the pursuit of high return and high risk venture capital, it plays an important role in the process of promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. While introducing venture capital to solve the problem of "capital bottleneck", small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to the organic combination of venture capital and capital market, lay a good foundation for the sustained and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and create conditions for the timely withdrawal and high return of venture capital, so as to finally achieve a win-win situation between small and medium-sized enterprises and venture capital.
