【摘要】：2004年12月7日，周小川行長在“經(jīng)濟學(xué)50人論壇”上所作的《完善法律制度，改進金融生態(tài)》的報告，第一次將生態(tài)概念引入到金融領(lǐng)域。金融生態(tài)觀是在認真總結(jié)我國改革實踐基礎(chǔ)上所做出的科學(xué)選擇，是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在金融領(lǐng)域的體現(xiàn)，，是金融理論和金融工作的重大創(chuàng)新。 隨著金融生態(tài)方面的研究越來越多，2007年，金融生態(tài)更是首次被寫入總理報告中，通過改善金融生態(tài)環(huán)境，提高金融效率和管理金融風(fēng)險，調(diào)和環(huán)境、人為因素和金融資源間的發(fā)展步調(diào)，對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。因此，論文以區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的運行效果為研究對象，科學(xué)構(gòu)建評價指標體系，運用多種統(tǒng)計分析方法綜合測度和評價山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的運行狀況、發(fā)展水平，這是優(yōu)化區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，提升沿海省市經(jīng)濟貢獻力，建設(shè)經(jīng)濟強省的必然要求。 論文圍繞山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境這一主題，運用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、理論分析與實證分析相結(jié)合的方法，較為詳盡地研究了山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果。研究主要包括以下幾方面： 第一章是緒論，闡明了研究金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的研究背景和研究意義，梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述，整體闡述了論文的結(jié)構(gòu)，明確了研究的技術(shù)路線和研究方法，并對可能的創(chuàng)新之處進行了梳理。 第二章是金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的理論綜述，在介紹金融生態(tài)產(chǎn)生的理論淵源的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)和特點，為后文的山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行現(xiàn)狀分析以及評價指標體系的構(gòu)建打下了基礎(chǔ)和鋪墊。 第三章是山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的運行現(xiàn)狀分析，山東省的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的運行現(xiàn)狀良好，金融業(yè)在改革開放中不斷發(fā)展壯大，金融不斷深化，經(jīng)濟貨幣化程度已經(jīng)進入較高發(fā)展階段，金融業(yè)對整個國民經(jīng)濟的貢獻度較高。 第四章是金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果的影響因素分析，主要研究了山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評價指標體系的構(gòu)建。首先從科學(xué)性、層次性、發(fā)展性、可比性、可操作性等角度概括性地提煉了山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評價所遵循的基本原則。其次，詳細闡述了構(gòu)建的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評價指標體系，為論文的實證分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第五章是山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境總體運行效果的實證分析，從縱向和橫向兩個角度，通過基于組合權(quán)重的多指標綜合評價法和DEA效率法，度量了山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境總體運行效果，得出結(jié)論：山東省近年來金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果總體上呈上升趨勢，與其他經(jīng)濟發(fā)達省份比較，也處于相對領(lǐng)先的地位。 第六章是山東省各地區(qū)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果的實證分析，用因子分析和聚類分析兩種多元統(tǒng)計分析方法對山東省17地市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行狀況進行了綜合評價，得出省內(nèi)區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的運行現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和今后改進金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的方向。 第七章是山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行存在的問題和優(yōu)化建議，綜合前兩章對于山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果的實證結(jié)果和對應(yīng)的分析，得出存在的問題，并提出優(yōu)化的對策建議。 論文的研究成果和可能的創(chuàng)新之處主要包括：（1）論文在對金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的評價和研究中，融入到了區(qū)域的視角下，分析了區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果的影響因素，并聯(lián)系實際，結(jié)合山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀，構(gòu)建指標評價體系；（2）論文運用基于組合權(quán)重的多指標綜合評價法，主觀權(quán)重采用德爾菲法，客觀權(quán)重采用熵權(quán)法，以省域為研究對象，縱向分析2005年-2010年山東省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行的綜合得分，并選取蘇浙粵三個經(jīng)濟發(fā)達程度較為相近的省份作為比較，采用DEA效率法和組合權(quán)重法，進行了橫向比較；（3）通過因子分析和聚類分析相結(jié)合的多元統(tǒng)計方法實證分析了山東省17地市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境運行效果，并對山東省17地市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境情況作了比較詳細的分析。
