【摘要】：隨著統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展步伐的加快,農(nóng)村金融體制改革不斷深入,察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社作為有著六十年發(fā)展歷程的區(qū)域性金融企業(yè),在當(dāng)前農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)快速增長(zhǎng),金融需求日益多樣化,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的環(huán)境中,繼續(xù)保持市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)先地位,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,必須進(jìn)行企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究,制定企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文從戰(zhàn)略角度出發(fā),對(duì)察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,通過(guò)運(yùn)用"PEST"宏觀環(huán)境分析法分析其所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,運(yùn)用“波特五力模型”分析了察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,對(duì)察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社內(nèi)部資源和能力進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)估,明確察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),最后運(yùn)用‘'SWOT"分析方法綜合評(píng)估察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社的戰(zhàn)略地位,確定其所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,進(jìn)而對(duì)察右中旗農(nóng)村信用社進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略選擇,制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the overall development of urban and rural integration and the deepening of the reform of the rural financial system, the rural credit cooperatives in the middle and the right as the regional financial enterprises with the development process of the last ten years, and the rapid growth of the current rural financial market and the increasing of the financial demand, In the increasingly competitive environment of the industry, continue to maintain the market leadership, improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, and must carry out the enterprise strategic research and develop the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise. In this paper, from the strategic point of view, the paper analyzes the rural credit cooperatives in the right middle flag, and analyzes the competition ring of the rural credit cooperatives in the right middle flag by using the "PEST" macro-environment analysis method to analyze the strategic environment in which it is located. The paper analyzes and evaluates the internal resources and the ability of the rural credit cooperatives in the right middle flag, and makes clear the advantages and disadvantages of the rural credit cooperatives in the right and middle flags, and finally, using the "SWOT" analysis method to comprehensively assess the strategic position of the rural credit cooperatives in the right and middle flags, and determine the opportunity and the way they face. On the other hand, the strategic position and strategic choice of the rural credit cooperatives in the middle and the right of Char, and the development strategy, and the concrete measures to implement the strategy are put forward.
