【摘要】：金融監(jiān)管體系的調(diào)整往往具有"危機(jī)指向"的歷史特征。面對(duì)愈益復(fù)雜的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),各國(guó)均對(duì)其金融監(jiān)管體系進(jìn)行改革與調(diào)整。制度的形成與功能的發(fā)揮依賴其產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的環(huán)境。我國(guó)金融監(jiān)管體系長(zhǎng)期以來的唯"美"主義傾向并未消除監(jiān)管的漏洞。反思我國(guó)的金融監(jiān)管體系的缺憾,結(jié)合我國(guó)特有的金融生態(tài),順應(yīng)世界金融監(jiān)管發(fā)展的潮流,以中國(guó)人民銀行為核心,構(gòu)建具有"中國(guó)特色"的金融監(jiān)管體系,成為金融危機(jī)后我國(guó)保障金融穩(wěn)定的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of financial supervision system often has the historical characteristics of``crisis point'' . In the face of the increasingly complex financial risk, all countries reform and adjust their financial supervision system. The formation and function of the system depend on the environment in which it is produced and developed. China's financial supervision system for a long time's ``Americanism'' tendency does not eliminate the regulatory flaw. Reflecting on the shortcomings of financial supervision system in China, combining with the unique financial ecology of our country, in line with the trend of world financial supervision development, taking the People's Bank of China as the core, constructing the financial supervision system with``Chinese characteristics'' has become an inevitable choice for China to guarantee financial stability after the financial crisis.
