【摘要】：經(jīng)濟金融環(huán)境變化使現(xiàn)代中央銀行政策框架設(shè)計的局限性越來越明顯。單一貨幣政策難以實現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)價格和金融穩(wěn)定多重目標。立法機構(gòu)和央行有必要根據(jù)環(huán)境變化以及資產(chǎn)價格特征設(shè)計涵蓋資產(chǎn)價格和金融穩(wěn)定的央行政策體系。本文力圖突破目前關(guān)于央行應對資產(chǎn)價格的干預論和不干預論的局限,在更廣泛范圍內(nèi)探討對現(xiàn)代央行控制資產(chǎn)價格膨脹具有普遍適用性的一體化解決方案,包括政策框架及手段。
[Abstract]:The change of economic and financial environment makes the limitation of policy framework design of modern central bank more and more obvious. Single monetary policy is difficult to achieve the multiple objectives of asset prices and financial stability. It is necessary for the legislature and the central bank to design a central bank policy system that covers asset prices and financial stability in the light of environmental changes and asset price characteristics. This paper tries to break through the limitations of the current theory of intervention and non-intervention on the central bank's response to asset prices, and to explore an integrated solution that is generally applicable to the modern central bank to control the expansion of asset prices. Including policy framework and means.
