【摘要】：碳金融與碳金融市場的形成與全球環(huán)保意識的提升息息相關(guān),自產(chǎn)生之日起,碳金融就擁有推動傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟向低碳經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的動力。我國在發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟、開展碳金融業(yè)務(wù)的過程中面臨著碳意識不強、中介發(fā)育不成熟等制約因素。因此,實現(xiàn)碳金融在低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的核心作用,不僅要構(gòu)筑一整套碳金融業(yè)務(wù)和市場體系,而且要借鑒國際碳金融發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,大力開展碳金融創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)和衍生品業(yè)務(wù),努力提升我國碳金融的國際話語權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The formation of carbon finance and carbon financial market is closely related to the promotion of global environmental protection consciousness. Since its inception, carbon finance has the impetus to promote the transition from traditional economy to low carbon economy. In the process of developing low-carbon economy and developing carbon finance, our country faces some restrictive factors, such as weak consciousness of carbon, immature development of medium and so on. Therefore, to realize the core role of carbon finance in the development of low-carbon economy, we should not only construct a complete set of carbon finance business and market system, but also draw lessons from the experience of international carbon finance development, and vigorously develop carbon finance innovation business and derivatives business. Efforts will be made to promote the international voice of China's carbon finance.
