日照銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的SWOT研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the financial industry is faced with three trends: internationalization, marketization and intellectualization. After China's entry into WTO, with the continuous opening of the financial market and the gradual elimination of trade barriers to global financial services, foreign banks with advanced technology will gradually enter the market of our country, and the competition of the banking industry will be fierce day by day. This poses a great threat to the banks of our country, especially the city commercial banks. Since its establishment in 2000, Rizhao Bank has overcome many difficulties such as heavy burden, poor facilities and low social identity. It has made great contributions to local economic construction and has become an important part of Rizhao City's financial system. However, due to some inherent deficiencies and constant changes in the socio-economic environment, the development of Rizhao Bank has seen a lack of high-end talents, a lack of financial products, weak product development capacity, and a relatively concentrated network. The limitation of operation area and the low income of intermediate business seriously restrict the future development of Rizhao Bank and affect the realization of the corporate vision of building a boutique bank. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the SWOT analysis method to study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Rizhao Bank, examines and analyzes the external and internal situation of Rizhao Bank, and studies the present situation of Rizhao Bank and the internal and external environment in which Rizhao Bank is located. Analysis of the opportunities and threats faced by Rizhao Bank, there are external advantages and internal advantages. This paper discusses the SO strategy (growth strategy), WT strategy (defense strategy), ST strategy (adjustment strategy), wO strategy (reverse strategy), formulates the development strategy of Rizhao Bank, "introduces foreign strategic investors," Cross-regional operation, public listing, and put forward the implementation of countermeasures. Take advantage of regional advantages, develop local logistics, develop logistics banks, carry out talent training projects, attach importance to human resources reserves, set up a sound science and technology system, provide technical support, deepen refinement, and pilot build community banks. Expand the network resources, seize the township market, do a good service brand, improve customer loyalty. Realize the scale and benefit, the speed and the efficiency organically unifies the all-round development.
