【摘要】：資本主義國(guó)家共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)2008年夏天以來(lái)爆發(fā)的全球金融危機(jī)給予了高度關(guān)注。它們不僅在國(guó)內(nèi)以宣言、講話等不同形式闡明了對(duì)于此次金融危機(jī)的立場(chǎng)和觀點(diǎn),而且在國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)還召開了第10次、第11次世界共產(chǎn)黨和工人黨國(guó)際會(huì)議和第18屆國(guó)際共產(chǎn)黨研討會(huì),詳細(xì)闡述了此次危機(jī)的原因、性質(zhì)、特征,社會(huì)主義的前景和共產(chǎn)黨人的任務(wù)。他們認(rèn)為,當(dāng)前的資本主義危機(jī)并不是一場(chǎng)純粹的"金融危機(jī)",而是資本主義的系統(tǒng)性危機(jī),是資本主義內(nèi)在矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)的必然結(jié)果,是資本主義制度所固有的危機(jī)。資本主義沒有能力克服自身的危機(jī),只有社會(huì)主義才是擺脫危機(jī)的唯一出路。在分析當(dāng)前世界社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)基本態(tài)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,它們提出了金融危機(jī)背景下各國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的主要任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of capitalist countries has paid great attention to the global financial crisis since the summer of 2008. They not only stated their positions and views on the financial crisis in different forms, such as declarations, speeches, etc., but also held their 10th meeting at the international level. The 11th World Congress of the Communist Party and the Workers' Party and the 18th International Congress of the Communist Party elaborated on the causes, nature, characteristics, prospects of socialism and the tasks of the Communists. They hold that the current capitalist crisis is not a pure "financial crisis", but a systematic crisis of capitalism, an inevitable result of the internal contradiction movement of capitalism, and an inherent crisis of the capitalist system. Capitalism has no capacity to overcome its own crisis, only socialism is the only way out of the crisis. On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of the current world socialist movement, they put forward the main tasks of the Communist Party of all countries under the background of the financial crisis.
