【摘要】：本文首先分析了國內(nèi)公募基金行業(yè)的基本概況，分析包括了歷史和現(xiàn)在基本情況，說明國內(nèi)基金行業(yè)取得了成就的同時也存在一些問題。 然后分析了成熟的美國基金行業(yè)一些發(fā)展情況，主要是對規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、各類創(chuàng)新等做了探討，分析了基金行業(yè)壯大的原因。為下文提出我國目前基金行業(yè)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題作對比和借鑒。 第三部分和第四部分是本文的重點，第三部分詳細論述和分析了當(dāng)前基金行業(yè)遇到的各種問題，從內(nèi)部治理、外部環(huán)境、制度缺陷等大方面細分為若干項具體問題做了重點分析。這些問題當(dāng)中客觀反映了當(dāng)前困擾行業(yè)發(fā)展的深沉次原因，，其中包括渠道發(fā)行不暢、人才缺失、契約型制度缺陷、利益輸送等問題。 第四部分針對第三部分提出來的各類問題提出了建設(shè)性意見和建議，同時也參考了海外成熟的做法，考慮了國內(nèi)行業(yè)發(fā)展的實際情況。 最后對本文做了總結(jié)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有實際情況，對國內(nèi)行業(yè)發(fā)展中需要做的一些變革提出了短期、中期和長期三個階段需要重點解決的問題，有步驟有計劃地實現(xiàn)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the basic situation of the public offering fund industry in China, including the history and the present basic situation, which shows that the domestic fund industry has achieved some achievements, but also has some problems. Then it analyzes the development of mature American fund industry, mainly discusses the scale, the quantity of products, all kinds of innovation, and analyzes the reasons for the growth of the fund industry. This paper compares and draws lessons from the problems in the development of fund industry in China. The third part and the fourth part are the emphases of this paper. The third part discusses and analyzes the various problems encountered in the current fund industry, from the internal governance, the external environment, System defects and other major subdivision into a number of specific issues to focus on analysis. These problems objectively reflect the deep secondary reasons that currently beset the development of the industry, including the problems of poor distribution of channels, lack of talents, defects of contractual system, transmission of benefits, and so on. The fourth part puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions on various problems raised in the third part, and at the same time, makes reference to overseas mature practices and considers the actual situation of domestic industry development. Finally, this paper is summarized. According to the actual situation, the paper puts forward some problems that need to be solved in the short, medium and long term stages of the development of domestic industry, and realizes the healthy development of the industry step by step.
