【摘要】：在兩次金融危機(jī)的背景下,中國在世界上國際地位的提高,必然引起人民幣國際地位的提高,大力推進(jìn)人民幣國際化的進(jìn)程中,由于人民幣跨境流通方向和規(guī)模的結(jié)構(gòu)性失衡,‘必然觸及人民幣回流機(jī)制問題。人民幣回流機(jī)制的構(gòu)建和完善對改善當(dāng)前人民幣跨境流通中存在的、影響人民幣國際化順利進(jìn)行的問題有至關(guān)重要的引導(dǎo)作用。本文首先考察了當(dāng)前人民幣跨境流通的雙向渠道,提煉構(gòu)建人民幣回流機(jī)制的條件；采用間接估計法并運(yùn)用Eviews6.0軟件,通過構(gòu)建貨幣需求函數(shù)預(yù)測境外滯留的人民幣數(shù)量,進(jìn)一步實(shí)證分析了人民幣跨境流通各渠道的相關(guān)性和對人民幣回流的貢獻(xiàn)度,并結(jié)合構(gòu)建人民幣回流機(jī)制的條件,總結(jié)出當(dāng)前人民幣回流機(jī)制存在的問題；綜合分析并結(jié)合我國的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,提出從實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)和針對性政策三個領(lǐng)域來建立和健全人民幣回流機(jī)制的對策。
[Abstract]:In the context of the two financial crises, the improvement of China's international status in the world will inevitably lead to the enhancement of the international status of the renminbi. In the process of vigorously promoting the internationalization of the renminbi, due to the structural imbalance in the direction and scale of the cross-border circulation of the renminbi, Inevitably, the issue of RMB reflux mechanism will be touched upon. The construction and perfection of RMB reflux mechanism plays an important role in improving the problems existing in the current cross-border circulation of RMB and affecting the smooth progress of RMB internationalization. In this paper, the current two-way channels of cross-border circulation of RMB are investigated to refine the conditions for establishing the mechanism of RMB reflux. By using indirect estimation method and Eviews6.0 software, this paper forecasts the amount of RMB stranded abroad by constructing a money demand function, and further analyzes the correlation of RMB cross-border circulation channels and its contribution to RMB reflux. Combined with the conditions of establishing RMB reflux mechanism, the problems existing in the current RMB reflux mechanism are summarized. This paper comprehensively analyzes and combines the reality of our country, and puts forward the countermeasures to establish and perfect the mechanism of RMB reflux from three fields: real economy, virtual economy and targeted policies.
