【摘要】：投融資問(wèn)題可以說(shuō)是當(dāng)前開發(fā)區(qū)面臨的帶有普遍性又十分迫切需要解決的難題,當(dāng)前正處于新一輪國(guó)際資本和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,開發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)資金壓力巨大,要抓住市場(chǎng)和政策上轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)遇形成一定規(guī)模并且具有發(fā)展活力的開發(fā)園區(qū),其投資很難靠地方財(cái)力獨(dú)立解決。因此,探討研究解決投融資這個(gè)難題對(duì)處于起步階段的昆明市西山區(qū)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō),具有特別重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文對(duì)相關(guān)部門、企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,收集整理資料,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外開發(fā)區(qū)主要投融資模式,通過(guò)對(duì)昆明西山區(qū)生物產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)資金需求和來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)投融資的資金平衡從總體上規(guī)劃,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出昆明西山區(qū)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)可行的投融資模式。論文主要運(yùn)用投融資理論并結(jié)合工業(yè)園區(qū)不同發(fā)展階段對(duì)資金的需求狀況,采用系統(tǒng)分析、比較分析、實(shí)證分析、理論與實(shí)踐分析相結(jié)合等方法,圍繞工業(yè)園區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)的投融資模式這條主線索,探討適合起步階段園區(qū)投融資的方式。論文首先將國(guó)內(nèi)外投融資理論進(jìn)行了全面梳理,以此為理論基礎(chǔ),全面廓清投融資對(duì)園區(qū)開發(fā)的作用和意義,明確指出投融資是當(dāng)前開發(fā)區(qū)面臨的帶有普遍性又十分迫切需要解決的難題；其次,全面詳盡地分析了工業(yè)園區(qū)投融資的主要模式和一般規(guī)律；之后遵循這一模式結(jié)合西山生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)實(shí)際資金需求和來(lái)源情況進(jìn)行分析,提出多渠道融資、市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作是解決資金缺口的可行策略；最后,為印證和豐富已得出的論斷,論文結(jié)合園區(qū)開發(fā)推進(jìn)的進(jìn)程進(jìn)行修改。
[Abstract]:The problem of investment and financing can be said to be a difficult problem with universality and urgent need to be solved in the current development zone. At present, it is in a crucial period of a new round of international capital and industrial transfer, and the construction of the development zone is under tremendous financial pressure. To seize the opportunity of market and policy transformation to form a certain scale and dynamic development park, its investment can hardly be solved independently by local financial resources. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and solve the problem of investment and financing for the ecological industrial park in Xishan area of Kunming. This paper investigates the relevant departments and enterprises, collects and collates the data, refers to the main investment and financing modes of the development zones at home and abroad, and analyzes the demand and sources of funds for the development and construction of the biological industry park in the western mountainous area of Kunming. On the basis of the overall planning of the balance of investment and financing, the feasible investment and financing mode of the ecological industrial park in Xishan area of Kunming is put forward. The paper mainly uses the investment and financing theory and the different development stage of industrial park to the fund demand condition, adopts the system analysis, the comparison analysis, the empirical analysis, the theory and the practice analysis and so on the method, and so on. Based on the main clue of the investment and financing mode of industrial park development and construction, this paper discusses the suitable investment and financing mode of the park in the initial stage. Firstly, the thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the investment and financing theory at home and abroad, and makes clear the function and significance of investment and financing to the development of the park. It is pointed out clearly that investment and financing is a difficult problem with universality and urgent need to be solved in the current development zone. Secondly, the main patterns and general laws of investment and financing in industrial parks are analyzed in detail. Then according to the analysis of the actual capital demand and source of Xishan Eco-Industrial Park, the author puts forward that multi-channel financing and market-oriented operation are feasible strategies to solve the fund gap. Finally, in order to confirm and enrich the conclusions, the paper combines the process of park development to modify.
