【摘要】：臺灣光復(fù)后,農(nóng)會信用部積極參與農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和農(nóng)村建設(shè),為農(nóng)民提供快捷便利和全方位的金融服務(wù)。進入新世紀,尤其是臺灣加入WTO后,面對金融自由化和國際化沖擊,農(nóng)會信用部順應(yīng)當(dāng)局一系列金融改革措施和農(nóng)民實際需求,不斷提高自身經(jīng)營效率和質(zhì)量,逐步完善金融預(yù)警機制和金融管制制度,實施嚴格的成本控制和內(nèi)部管理,為臺灣普惠型農(nóng)村金融體系建設(shè)做出了巨大貢獻,也成為推動臺灣農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的重要力量。
[Abstract]:Since the restoration of Taiwan, the Ministry of Farmers' Credit has been actively involved in agricultural development and rural construction, providing farmers with fast, convenient and all-round financial services. In the new century, especially after Taiwan's entry into the WTO, facing the impact of financial liberalization and internationalization, the Ministry of Farmers' Credit complies with a series of financial reform measures and the actual needs of farmers, and constantly improves its own operational efficiency and quality. The gradual improvement of financial early warning mechanism and financial control system, the implementation of strict cost control and internal management have made great contributions to the construction of Taiwan's inclusive rural financial system, and have also become an important force in promoting the development of agriculture and rural construction in Taiwan.
