【摘要】：近年工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展迅速,其中的中小企業(yè)起著十分重要的作用。然而在發(fā)展過程中,中小企業(yè)融資困難問題制約了其生存和發(fā)展,引發(fā)其上下游企業(yè)、整個供應(yīng)鏈,乃至整個園區(qū)發(fā)展受到影響。本文在對相關(guān)文獻及理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過運用企業(yè)融資理論、供應(yīng)鏈理論和供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)理論,對供應(yīng)鏈金融的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、三種主要業(yè)務(wù)模式和運作原理進行分析。結(jié)合工業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展狀況與特點,深入探討在工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)部推廣供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù),以解決園區(qū)內(nèi)中小企業(yè)融資困難問題的可行性與優(yōu)勢。文章基于社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析理論和系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)原理,對西安高新區(qū)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行具體分析,為園區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈金融提供依據(jù),從而解決中小企業(yè)的資金瓶頸問題。
[Abstract]:Industrial parks have developed rapidly in recent years, in which small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role. However, in the process of development, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises restrict their survival and development, causing the upstream and downstream enterprises, the entire supply chain, and even the development of the whole park are affected. On the basis of the relevant literature and theoretical research, this paper applies the enterprise financing theory, the supply chain theory and the supply chain finance ecology theory, to the supply chain finance connotation, the development present situation, Three major business models and operational principles are analyzed. Combined with the development status and characteristics of industrial parks, the feasibility and advantages of promoting supply chain financial services within industrial parks are discussed in order to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the parks. Based on the theory of social network analysis and the principle of system dynamics, this paper analyzes the integrated circuit industry chain of Xi'an High-tech Zone in order to provide the basis for the supply chain finance of the park, thus solving the problem of capital bottleneck for small and medium-sized enterprises.
