【摘要】：教育是關(guān)系國家發(fā)展和民族興衰的長遠(yuǎn)大計(jì),我國歷來重視教育的發(fā)展,將教育置于優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位。教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)是緊密相連的,在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,教育可以實(shí)現(xiàn)市場化運(yùn)作。教育與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)又有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系。在金融危機(jī)這一特殊的歷史環(huán)境之下,這種聯(lián)系更加凸顯了。金融危機(jī)給我國教育的模式、教學(xué)方式和管理方法帶來影響,給高校的就業(yè)帶來沖擊。由于我國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和完善社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制時(shí)期,如何在危機(jī)中調(diào)整高等教育模式,對我國高等教育進(jìn)行不斷調(diào)整和改革是值得深思的問題。特別是金融危機(jī)這一特殊的歷史環(huán)境下,更加凸顯了完善的高等教育市場化運(yùn)作的必要性和重要性。因此本文在分析金融危機(jī)下高等教育市場現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上探討我國如何抓住機(jī)遇和迎接挑戰(zhàn),創(chuàng)新高等教育模式,完善高等高等教育市場化運(yùn)作機(jī)制以促進(jìn)我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步分析了中國高等高等教育市場化運(yùn)作的發(fā)展趨勢并為中國高等教育市場化運(yùn)作給出了建議和策略。本文首先在分析了高等教育市場現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國高等教育市場化運(yùn)作的必要性。指出了我國高等教育市場在金融危機(jī)的形式下所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),分析了我國教育如何實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)“�！睘椤鞍病�,將金融危機(jī)帶來的負(fù)面影響降到最低,同時(shí)抓住機(jī)遇進(jìn)行改革和調(diào)整。其次分析了金融危機(jī)后中國教育市場運(yùn)作的發(fā)展趨勢。本文從以西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)天府學(xué)院為實(shí)例,分析在高等教育行業(yè)樹立企業(yè)和服務(wù)精神,市場為導(dǎo)向制定教育產(chǎn)品,通過聯(lián)合企業(yè)行為培育實(shí)用新型人才；企業(yè)主導(dǎo)型的就業(yè)教育力量迅速崛起和國際化教育項(xiàng)目發(fā)展趨勢明顯四個(gè)方面闡述了高等教育市場運(yùn)作的發(fā)展趨勢。最后論述了全球金融危機(jī)下完善高等教育市場運(yùn)作的若干建議。雖然我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已有多年,但是還不是很完善,在高等教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi),還需要不斷完善高等教育市場運(yùn)作,將市場規(guī)律積極運(yùn)用到高等教育領(lǐng)域,使得人才的培養(yǎng)更加貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)和社會(huì)。在我國,要完善高等教育市場運(yùn)作首先就要樹立市場觀念,并在一系列的方針指導(dǎo)下有效運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Education is a long-term plan related to national development and national prosperity and decline. Our country has always attached importance to the development of education and put education in the strategic position of priority development. Education and economy are closely linked. Under the condition of socialist market economy, education can realize market operation. Education and the national economy are inextricably linked. In this special historical environment of the financial crisis, this connection has become even more prominent. The financial crisis has had an impact on the mode of education, teaching methods and management methods, and on the employment of colleges and universities. Since our country is in the period of economic structure adjustment and the perfection of socialist market economic system, how to adjust the mode of higher education in the crisis, it is worth pondering over how to constantly adjust and reform our higher education. Especially under the special historical environment of the financial crisis, it highlights the necessity and importance of the market-oriented operation of higher education. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of higher education market under the financial crisis, this paper discusses how to seize the opportunity and meet the challenge and innovate the higher education mode. To improve the market-oriented operation mechanism of higher education in order to promote the development of higher education in China. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the development trend of the market-oriented operation of higher education in China and gives some suggestions and strategies for the market-oriented operation of higher education in China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity of market-oriented operation of higher education on the basis of analyzing the present situation of higher education market. This paper points out the opportunities and challenges that China's higher education market faces in the form of financial crisis, and analyzes on how to change education from "crisis" to "safety" and minimize the negative impact brought by the financial crisis. At the same time seize the opportunity to reform and adjust. Secondly, it analyzes the development trend of Chinese education market operation after the financial crisis. Taking Tianfu College of Southwest University of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper analyzes the establishment of enterprise and service spirit in higher education industry, market oriented formulation of educational products and the cultivation of practical talents through joint enterprise behavior. The development trend of the market operation of higher education is expounded in four aspects: the rapid rise of the enterprise-led employment education force and the obvious development trend of the international educational projects. Finally, some suggestions on how to improve the operation of higher education market under the global financial crisis are discussed. Although our country's market economy has been developing for many years, it is still not very perfect. In the field of higher education, we still need to continuously improve the operation of the higher education market, and actively apply the market law to the field of higher education. Make the cultivation of talents more close to reality and society. In our country, to perfect the market operation of higher education, we must set up the market concept and operate effectively under the guidance of a series of policies.
