【摘要】：隨著利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程加快、金融脫媒加劇、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的挑戰(zhàn)加深,中國(guó)銀行業(yè)面臨著前所未有的“雙重轉(zhuǎn)型”的壓力,尋找新的目標(biāo)客戶群體成為各家銀行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重點(diǎn)。小微企業(yè)數(shù)量巨大,是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中最活躍的主體,同時(shí)小微企業(yè)受其自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)影響,也是最容易被忽略的弱勢(shì)群體,小微企業(yè)金融需求難以得到滿足。面對(duì)內(nèi)外多重因素,商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略、將小微企業(yè)納入服務(wù)對(duì)象勢(shì)在必行,以MS銀行為代表的一些商業(yè)銀行在小微金融戰(zhàn)略方面的成功探索和實(shí)踐,開(kāi)辟了自身快速發(fā)展的新增長(zhǎng)極。本文在整理國(guó)內(nèi)外小微金融相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)當(dāng)前小微金融領(lǐng)域的研究予以歸納總結(jié),提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法。本文首先對(duì)小微企業(yè)和小微金融的概念及內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,接下來(lái)結(jié)合PEST分析法和SWOT矩陣分析法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)MS銀行濟(jì)南分行小微金融戰(zhàn)略的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源進(jìn)行分析,并通過(guò)構(gòu)建SWOT矩陣得出分析結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了MS銀行濟(jì)南分行小微金融戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想、發(fā)展思路、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)任務(wù),以及相關(guān)的小微職能戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí),本文從人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)資源配置、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、渠道建設(shè)、科技創(chuàng)新等方面梳理了MS銀行濟(jì)南分行小微金融戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,并提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的提升建議。最后,本文得出MS銀行濟(jì)南分行小微金融戰(zhàn)略的研究總結(jié)和研究展望,認(rèn)為小微金融戰(zhàn)略是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)性工程,需要整個(gè)銀行內(nèi)部體系的流程化配合才能實(shí)現(xiàn)既定的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)。隨著小微金融逐漸獲得重視并趨向多元化方向發(fā)展,MS銀行濟(jì)南分行需要不斷增添創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式,升級(jí)和改造產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),推動(dòng)小微金融戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of interest rate marketization process, financial disintermediation and the deepening of Internet finance challenges, the Chinese banking industry is facing unprecedented pressure of "double transformation". Looking for new target customer groups has become the focus of the strategic transformation of each bank. Small and micro enterprises are the most active subject in the economic activities of our country. At the same time, small and micro enterprises are affected by their own development characteristics and are the most easily neglected vulnerable groups. The financial needs of small and micro enterprises are difficult to meet. In the face of many internal and external factors, it is imperative for commercial banks to change their business strategy and bring small and micro enterprises into service objects. Some commercial banks, represented by MS Bank, have successfully explored and implemented the strategy of small and micro finance. Opened up its own rapid development of new growth poles. Based on the literature of domestic and foreign microfinance, this paper summarizes the current research in the field of microfinance, and puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper. In this paper, the concept and connotation of small and micro enterprises and micro finance are defined, and then the external environment and internal resources of small and micro finance strategy of Jinan Branch of MS Bank are analyzed with PEST analysis and SWOT matrix analysis. The conclusion is obtained by constructing SWOT matrix. On this basis, the guiding ideology, development ideas, strategic objectives, key tasks, and related small-function strategy and strategic evaluation index system of Jinan Branch of MS Bank are put forward. At the same time, this paper combs the safeguard measures of implementing the small and micro finance strategy of Jinan Branch of MS Bank from the aspects of human resources, financial resources allocation, risk management, channel construction, scientific and technological innovation, and puts forward corresponding promotion suggestions. Finally, this paper draws the conclusion and prospect of the research on the small and micro finance strategy of MS Bank Jinan Branch, and thinks that the small and micro finance strategy is a systematic project. In order to achieve the established strategic development goal, the whole bank internal system needs the process coordination. With the attention paid to microfinance and the trend of diversification, Jinan Branch of MS Bank needs to add innovative business models, upgrade and transform products and services, and promote the development of micro-finance strategy by leaps and bounds.
