【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷加深的今天,企業(yè)要取得更好的發(fā)展就必須著眼于國(guó)外市場(chǎng)。中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)相較于西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家而言相對(duì)較落后,受此限制,所投資的海外市場(chǎng)大多貧窮落后,在歷經(jīng)了對(duì)東南亞國(guó)家和拉美的投資熱后,近年來(lái),中國(guó)企業(yè)將目光投向了非洲。但是,非洲一直以來(lái)就是沖突頻發(fā)的地區(qū),作為我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的熱點(diǎn)地區(qū),同時(shí)又是個(gè)社會(huì)相對(duì)不穩(wěn)定的地區(qū),如何在選擇投資國(guó)和進(jìn)入路徑時(shí)規(guī)避這些“不穩(wěn)定”帶來(lái)的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高效益也就是投資者所關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。 本文將BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)引入對(duì)外直接投資的國(guó)別選擇與進(jìn)入路徑選擇的研究領(lǐng)域,利用BP網(wǎng)絡(luò),模擬大腦進(jìn)行國(guó)別和進(jìn)入路徑的抉擇。論文首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資,特別是對(duì)非洲直接投資的國(guó)別選擇和進(jìn)入路徑選擇的文獻(xiàn),并通文獻(xiàn)法構(gòu)建候選指標(biāo)體系,再借助因子分析法篩選候選指標(biāo)體系中的指標(biāo),得到影響中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)非洲直接投資的國(guó)別選擇和進(jìn)入路徑選擇的主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并分別構(gòu)建了國(guó)別選擇和進(jìn)入路徑的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建了基于BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中國(guó)對(duì)非洲直接投資國(guó)別選擇和進(jìn)入路徑的模型；之后通過(guò)一個(gè)實(shí)例具體地分析了企業(yè)如何利用BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資的國(guó)別選擇和進(jìn)入路徑的抉擇,并得出了該企業(yè)目前對(duì)非洲直接投資的最佳投資國(guó)和最佳進(jìn)入路徑。最后,本文從國(guó)家、企業(yè)兩個(gè)層面給出了中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)非洲投資的建議,詳細(xì)敘述了企業(yè)在對(duì)非洲進(jìn)行直接投資前應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, enterprises must focus on foreign markets to achieve better development. China's economy is relatively backward compared to the developed countries in the West. Because of this restriction, most of the overseas markets in which it invests are poor and backward. In recent years, after a boom in Southeast Asian countries and Latin America, Chinese companies are looking to Africa. However, Africa has always been a region with frequent conflicts, as a hot spot for foreign direct investment by Chinese enterprises, and at the same time, it is also a region with relatively unstable society. How to avoid these "unstable" investment risks when choosing the investment country and entering path, and how to improve the benefit are the problems that investors are concerned about. In this paper, BP artificial neural network is introduced into the research field of country selection and entry path selection of FDI, and the BP network is used to simulate the brain choice between country and entry path. Firstly, the paper analyzes the literature on the choice of country and entry path of FDI, especially in Africa, and constructs the candidate index system by the method of literature. Then using factor analysis method to screen the indicators in the candidate index system, The main evaluation indexes of country selection and entry path selection of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Africa are obtained and the evaluation index system of country selection and entry path is constructed respectively. According to the index system, the model of China's country selection and entry path of China's direct investment in Africa is constructed based on BP artificial neural network. Then it analyzes how to make use of BP artificial neural network to choose the countries and access paths of FDI through an example. The best investment country and the best entry path are obtained. Finally, this paper gives the suggestions of Chinese enterprises' investment in Africa from two aspects of state and enterprise, and describes in detail the problems that enterprises should pay attention to before they invest directly in Africa.
