我國消費(fèi)金融公司發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:在西方國家消費(fèi)金融公司的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有著很長的的歷史,并形成了較為成熟的經(jīng)營模式,消費(fèi)金融公司對于促進(jìn)消費(fèi)需求的增長從而推動經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到了重要的作用。我國長期以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過度依賴外部市場,但是,2008年金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)之后,我國的出口業(yè)務(wù)遭受了較為嚴(yán)重的的沖擊,以往的外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)模式已無法支持我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而我國居民又保持著較高的儲蓄率,國內(nèi)市場的需求遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不足。因此,在2009年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會議上著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的重要性,提出要把居民消費(fèi)作為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、保增長、促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。而在目前我國居民收入暫時無法大幅度提高的情況下,消費(fèi)信貸無疑是刺激消費(fèi)增長的重要工具。所以,在此時推出消費(fèi)金融公司試點(diǎn),是我國金融行業(yè)的一大創(chuàng)新,豐富了我國的金融機(jī)構(gòu)類型,并將有利于促進(jìn)我國消費(fèi)需求的增長,支持經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。并且還可以為商業(yè)銀行無法惠及的個人客戶提供新型的金融服務(wù),滿足不同群體消費(fèi)者不同層次的需求,提高消費(fèi)者的生活水平。 本文對消費(fèi)金融公司做了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢,對我國消費(fèi)金融公司設(shè)立的必要性和可能性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,指出了消費(fèi)金融公司在我國將會有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。根據(jù)我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境及消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,提出了在我國發(fā)展消費(fèi)金融公司會遇到的一些障礙因素。并且借鑒了美國及歐盟國家發(fā)展消費(fèi)金融公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國國情,對如何促進(jìn)我國消費(fèi)金融公司的發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:The development of consumer finance companies in western countries has a long history and has formed a more mature business model. Consumer finance companies have played an important role in promoting the growth of consumer demand and promoting economic development. For a long time, the economic development of our country has been excessively dependent on the external market. However, after the financial crisis broke out in 2008, the export business of our country has suffered a relatively serious impact, and the former export-oriented economic model can no longer support the economic development of our country. But our country resident also maintains the high saving rate, the domestic market demand is far from insufficient. Therefore, at the 2009 Central Economic work Conference, the importance of expanding domestic demand was emphasized, and the key point of expanding domestic demand, maintaining growth and promoting the transformation of economic growth model was put forward. However, consumer credit is undoubtedly an important tool to stimulate consumption growth. Therefore, the introduction of consumer finance companies at this time is a major innovation in China's financial industry, which enriches the types of financial institutions in China, and will help to promote the growth of consumer demand in China and support the sustainable development of the economy. And it can also provide new financial services for individual customers that commercial banks can not benefit, meet the needs of different groups of consumers at different levels, and improve the living standards of consumers. This paper makes a detailed introduction to the consumer finance companies, and analyzes the necessity and possibility of the establishment of the consumer finance companies in China in the light of the current domestic economic situation. Pointed out that consumer finance companies in China will have a broad development prospects. According to our country's economic environment and consumption habits, this paper puts forward some obstacles to the development of consumer finance companies in our country. Based on the experience of developing consumer finance companies in the United States and the European Union and combining with the national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to promote the development of consumer finance companies in our country.
