我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:在西方國(guó)家消費(fèi)金融公司的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有著很長(zhǎng)的的歷史,并形成了較為成熟的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,消費(fèi)金融公司對(duì)于促進(jìn)消費(fèi)需求的增長(zhǎng)從而推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到了重要的作用。我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過(guò)度依賴外部市場(chǎng),但是,2008年金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)之后,我國(guó)的出口業(yè)務(wù)遭受了較為嚴(yán)重的的沖擊,以往的外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)模式已無(wú)法支持我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而我國(guó)居民又保持著較高的儲(chǔ)蓄率,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的需求遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不足。因此,在2009年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議上著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的重要性,提出要把居民消費(fèi)作為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、保增長(zhǎng)、促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。而在目前我國(guó)居民收入暫時(shí)無(wú)法大幅度提高的情況下,消費(fèi)信貸無(wú)疑是刺激消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)的重要工具。所以,在此時(shí)推出消費(fèi)金融公司試點(diǎn),是我國(guó)金融行業(yè)的一大創(chuàng)新,豐富了我國(guó)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)類型,并將有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)消費(fèi)需求的增長(zhǎng),支持經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。并且還可以為商業(yè)銀行無(wú)法惠及的個(gè)人客戶提供新型的金融服務(wù),滿足不同群體消費(fèi)者不同層次的需求,提高消費(fèi)者的生活水平。 本文對(duì)消費(fèi)金融公司做了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),對(duì)我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司設(shè)立的必要性和可能性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,指出了消費(fèi)金融公司在我國(guó)將會(huì)有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。根據(jù)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境及消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,提出了在我國(guó)發(fā)展消費(fèi)金融公司會(huì)遇到的一些障礙因素。并且借鑒了美國(guó)及歐盟國(guó)家發(fā)展消費(fèi)金融公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,對(duì)如何促進(jìn)我國(guó)消費(fèi)金融公司的發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The development of consumer finance companies in western countries has a long history and has formed a more mature business model. Consumer finance companies have played an important role in promoting the growth of consumer demand and promoting economic development. For a long time, the economic development of our country has been excessively dependent on the external market. However, after the financial crisis broke out in 2008, the export business of our country has suffered a relatively serious impact, and the former export-oriented economic model can no longer support the economic development of our country. But our country resident also maintains the high saving rate, the domestic market demand is far from insufficient. Therefore, at the 2009 Central Economic work Conference, the importance of expanding domestic demand was emphasized, and the key point of expanding domestic demand, maintaining growth and promoting the transformation of economic growth model was put forward. However, consumer credit is undoubtedly an important tool to stimulate consumption growth. Therefore, the introduction of consumer finance companies at this time is a major innovation in China's financial industry, which enriches the types of financial institutions in China, and will help to promote the growth of consumer demand in China and support the sustainable development of the economy. And it can also provide new financial services for individual customers that commercial banks can not benefit, meet the needs of different groups of consumers at different levels, and improve the living standards of consumers. This paper makes a detailed introduction to the consumer finance companies, and analyzes the necessity and possibility of the establishment of the consumer finance companies in China in the light of the current domestic economic situation. Pointed out that consumer finance companies in China will have a broad development prospects. According to our country's economic environment and consumption habits, this paper puts forward some obstacles to the development of consumer finance companies in our country. Based on the experience of developing consumer finance companies in the United States and the European Union and combining with the national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to promote the development of consumer finance companies in our country.
