余姚農(nóng)村合作銀行部門績效改進方案研究

【摘要】:伴隨著日趨激烈的金融競爭,客戶服務(wù)需求的多樣化以及日新月異的技術(shù)突破,組織的變革和績效的改進愈發(fā)刻不容緩。如果金融企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識到面臨的挑戰(zhàn)并且正在采取措施,那么不管擔心的是產(chǎn)品、客戶導(dǎo)向、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率還是財務(wù)成本,最根本的還是績效。許多金融小法人機構(gòu)還不能有效的應(yīng)對這些挑戰(zhàn),因為他們還沒有為持續(xù)的績效改進奠定基礎(chǔ)。而造成這種局面的問題所在并不是他們沒有解決問題的想法,也不是他們沒有解決問題的資源,而是,大多數(shù)金融機構(gòu)管理者都不是很清楚哪些變量會影響組織、部門和個人的績效。因此,關(guān)于績效改進的研究已是十分必要。 本文首先主要闡述了績效、績效改進和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一些相關(guān)概念,同時對目前為企業(yè)界所推崇的一些績效改進方法進行概括介紹,并分析他們的實際適用對象;然后,探討基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的部門績效改進方案的設(shè)計,這一部分是本文的重點,該部分立足于新角度的績效改進一一基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的部門績效改進的具體內(nèi)容加以論述,并構(gòu)建了余姚農(nóng)村合作銀行一個完整的部門績效改進方案;最后是總結(jié)、不足及進一步展望,對本文研究的主要內(nèi)容進行最后的概括總結(jié),并提出有待探討和研究的方向。 在充分了解績效改進相關(guān)研究的實踐與理論背景的前提下,本方案試圖結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果從多角度對績效改進的方法的實用性進行分析,并以系統(tǒng)式思維為出發(fā)點,尋找績效改進的影響因素,分析這些要素特征,研究如何綜合將這些因素與組織的可持續(xù)發(fā)展相互統(tǒng)一起來,達到組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展與部門績效改進的“雙贏”。當然,本文也只是進行一些關(guān)于該領(lǐng)域的初步的探究,從而為今后的更加完善的部門績效改進方案的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce financial competition, the diversification of customer service demand and the rapid technological breakthrough, the organizational change and performance improvement become more and more urgent. If financial firms are aware of the challenges and are taking action, whether they are worried about products, customer orientation, service quality, productivity or financial costs, performance is fundamental. Many small financial firms have yet to respond effectively to these challenges because they have not yet laid the groundwork for sustained performance improvements. And the problem with this is not that they don't have the idea of solving the problem, that they don't have the resources to solve the problem, but that most financial institution managers are not very clear about what variables affect the organization. Performance of departments and individuals. Therefore, the research on performance improvement is very necessary. At first, this paper mainly expounds some related concepts of performance, performance improvement and sustainable development, at the same time, introduces some performance improvement methods which are respected by enterprises, and analyzes their practical applicable objects. Then, the paper discusses the design of sectoral performance improvement scheme based on sustainable development, which is the focus of this paper. This part is based on the new perspective of performance improvement-based on the specific content of sustainable development sector performance improvement to be discussed. And has constructed a complete department performance improvement plan of Yuyao Rural Cooperative Bank; Finally, the paper summarizes the main contents of this paper, and puts forward the direction to be discussed and studied. On the premise of fully understanding the practice and theoretical background of the performance improvement research, this project attempts to analyze the practicability of the performance improvement method from various angles, and takes the systematic thinking as the starting point, combined with the related research results at home and abroad. This paper looks for the influencing factors of the performance improvement, analyzes the characteristics of these factors, and studies how to integrate these factors with the sustainable development of the organization so as to achieve the "win-win" between the sustainable development of the organization and the improvement of the performance of the department. Of course, this paper only carries on some preliminary research on this field, so as to lay the foundation for the further research of more perfect departmental performance improvement scheme.
