【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的趨勢給企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),中國要順應(yīng)這個趨勢實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,拓展國際市場,實(shí)現(xiàn)多收益。隨著越來越多的中國企業(yè)抓住海外直接投資機(jī)遇得到快速的發(fā)展,以及中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立帶來的新機(jī)遇,中國企業(yè)紛紛考慮走進(jìn)東盟市場,開發(fā)東盟巨大的市場潛力。然而,在東盟進(jìn)行投資存在不可預(yù)知的風(fēng)險,政治風(fēng)險是在東盟進(jìn)行投資所要面臨的投資風(fēng)險之一。政治風(fēng)險具有難以預(yù)測和控制的特點(diǎn),而中國企業(yè)對東盟國家進(jìn)行投資,仍處于初級發(fā)展階段,積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)較少,對東盟國家的市場了解不夠深入,政治風(fēng)險已經(jīng)成為中國企業(yè)對東盟進(jìn)行直接投資必須重視的風(fēng)險。所以,中國企業(yè)在東盟國家投資將會面臨怎樣政治風(fēng)險,如何規(guī)避中國對東盟投資的政治風(fēng)險,盡可能降低風(fēng)險發(fā)生帶來的損失,這些問題值得深入研究。 本文首先根據(jù)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)政治風(fēng)險、對外直接投資、對東盟直接投資、東盟相關(guān)發(fā)展等文獻(xiàn),對政治風(fēng)險理論中的所涉及的政治風(fēng)險的定義、分類、成因、分析方法進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)研究。而后敘述了東盟的引進(jìn)外資直接投資的發(fā)展情況,以及中國企業(yè)對東盟直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景,提出政治風(fēng)險是中國對東盟進(jìn)行投資過程中的一大阻礙這一觀點(diǎn)。本文深入研究了中國對東盟直接投資的政治風(fēng)險,將政治風(fēng)險的理論與中國企業(yè)在東盟國家直接投資的具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合,先論述東盟國家自身存在的一般政治風(fēng)險,之后深刻分析針對所有外資企業(yè)的東盟政治風(fēng)險成因和針對中國企業(yè)特有的東盟政治風(fēng)險成因。最后文章提出了從宏觀和微觀兩個層面對東盟的政治風(fēng)險進(jìn)行規(guī)避策略。最后得出,只有通過中國和東盟國家的共同努力,著力改善中國企業(yè)對東盟的投資環(huán)境,以及企業(yè)采取有效的規(guī)避政治風(fēng)險措施,從而降低政治風(fēng)險發(fā)生的概率,才能夠解決中國企業(yè)對東盟投資的政治因素障礙,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和深化中國和東盟的投資合作,推動中國與東盟的共同發(fā)展的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The trend of economic globalization has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of enterprises. China should comply with this trend and carry out the "going out" strategy, expand the international market and realize multi-income. With more and more Chinese enterprises seizing the opportunity of overseas direct investment and the new opportunities brought by the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Chinese enterprises have considered entering the ASEAN market and exploiting the great market potential of ASEAN. However, there are unpredictable risks in ASEAN investment, and political risk is one of the investment risks in ASEAN. Political risks are difficult to predict and control, while Chinese enterprises' investment in ASEAN countries is still in the primary stage of development, with less accumulated experience and insufficient understanding of the ASEAN countries' markets. Political risk has become the risk that Chinese enterprises must pay attention to in direct investment in ASEAN. Therefore, how Chinese enterprises will face political risks in ASEAN countries, how to avoid the political risks of China's investment in ASEAN, and how to reduce the losses caused by risks as far as possible, these problems are worthy of further study. Firstly, according to the domestic and foreign literature on political risk, foreign direct investment, direct investment in ASEAN, and related development of ASEAN, the definition, classification and cause of formation of the political risk involved in the theory of political risk are discussed in this paper. The basic research of the analytical method is carried out. Then it describes the development of ASEAN's foreign direct investment, the present situation and development prospect of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in ASEAN, and points out that political risk is one of the obstacles in the process of China's investment in ASEAN. This paper deeply studies the political risk of China's direct investment in ASEAN, combines the theory of political risk with the concrete practice of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in ASEAN countries, and discusses the general political risks of ASEAN countries themselves. Then it analyzes the causes of ASEAN political risks for all foreign-funded enterprises and ASEAN political risks for Chinese enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of avoiding the political risk of ASEAN from macro and micro levels. Finally, it is concluded that only through the joint efforts of China and ASEAN countries, efforts will be made to improve the investment environment of Chinese enterprises in ASEAN, and enterprises will take effective measures to avoid political risks, thereby reducing the probability of occurrence of political risks. Only in this way can the political factors of Chinese enterprises invest in ASEAN be solved, the investment cooperation between China and ASEAN be further strengthened and deepened, and the common development of China and ASEAN be promoted.
