【摘要】：本文以汽車融資租賃為研究對象，采用實證研究,定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，從國內(nèi)汽車租賃市場現(xiàn)狀，國內(nèi)外汽車租賃經(jīng)營模式和特點(diǎn)，競爭對手的汽車租賃業(yè)務(wù)等方面做了詳細(xì)研究，歸納總結(jié)汽車融資租賃行業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，分析當(dāng)前國內(nèi)汽車融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、缺陷、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，通過研究探討一汽奧迪整車廠租賃業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)及業(yè)務(wù)模式提出了中國汽車融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的建議，，并從執(zhí)行的角度，提出了切實可行的實施方案。
[Abstract]:This article takes the automobile finance lease as the research object, adopts the empirical research, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unifies the method, from the domestic automobile rental market present situation, domestic and foreign automobile lease management pattern and the characteristic. This paper makes a detailed study on the automobile rental business of the competitors, summarizes the development experience of the automobile financing lease industry, and analyzes the advantages, defects, opportunities and challenges of the domestic automobile financing lease business. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of China's auto financing leasing business through the research and discussion of FAW's Audi vehicle rental business objectives and business model, and puts forward a feasible implementation plan from the point of view of implementation.
