【摘要】：合理的治理結(jié)構(gòu)無疑對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營業(yè)績具有十分重要的作用,許多關(guān)于山西票號(hào)的研究細(xì)致地分析了票號(hào)的制度結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營管理及其成敗得失。文章在對山西票號(hào)銀股、身股股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)東與經(jīng)理間的委托代理關(guān)系及其信譽(yù)博弈分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了票號(hào)身股制度變遷的路徑依賴,并對人力股在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中的探索進(jìn)行了簡單分析。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that a reasonable governance structure plays a very important role in the business performance of an enterprise. Many studies on Shanxi ticketing have carefully analyzed the institutional structure, management and success or failure of the ticket number. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the bank and stock, the equity structure, the principal-agent relationship between Caidong and the manager and the reputation game, the paper studies the path dependence of the institutional change of the stock. And the manpower shares in the modern enterprise exploration carried on the simple analysis.
