中國銀行廣東省分行跨境人民幣業(yè)務發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:人民幣跨境結算業(yè)務試點工作由中國人民銀行于2009年7月1日開始實施,跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務從此蓬勃開展起來,國際貿易中接受人民幣結算的國家或地區(qū)與日俱增,而中國銀行廣東省分行憑借廣東地區(qū)最先試點、國際結算業(yè)務的優(yōu)勢地位以及中行眾多的海外分支機構等眾多優(yōu)勢,使得其從辦理跨境人民幣業(yè)務開始就在廣東乃至全國地區(qū)處于領先水平。本文分析了中國銀行廣東省分行目前跨境人民幣業(yè)務發(fā)展速度變慢、市場占比停滯不前甚至有所下降的現(xiàn)狀,探索中行廣東省分行當前開展跨境人民幣業(yè)務存在的問題,并通過對問題的剖解建立一個系統(tǒng)的解決問題的跨境人民幣業(yè)務對策。本文引入計價貨幣選擇理論、國際化貨幣理論,以此二者理論為基礎,并運用PEST分析模型對中行廣東省分行在辦理跨境人民幣時所面臨的政治、經濟、社會、技術等外部環(huán)境進行分析,而在內部環(huán)境方面則運用SWOT模型(態(tài)勢分析法)對該行擁有的優(yōu)勢、存在的劣勢以及遇到的機會和威脅進行剖析,并對外資行在其本幣國際化過程中的應對策略及其利弊進行分析,借鑒其成功經驗,從而提出中行廣東省分行未來五年跨境人民幣業(yè)務的發(fā)展策略,通過該策略的實施不斷提升中行廣東省分行在該項業(yè)務中的市占率,提高該項業(yè)務在中行廣東省分行總利潤的貢獻度。最后對管理方案進行評價以及該管理方案的實施保障進行探討,使管理方案最終的實施變得可操作、有保障。
[Abstract]:The pilot work of RMB cross-border settlement business began to be implemented by the people's Bank of China on July 1, 2009. Since then, cross-border RMB settlement business has flourished, and the number of countries or regions accepting renminbi settlement in international trade has increased with each passing day. And the Bank of China Guangdong Branch has many advantages, such as the first pilot in Guangdong, the superior position of international settlement business, and the numerous overseas branches of Bank of China, etc. From the start of its cross-border RMB business in Guangdong and even across the country in the leading level. This paper analyzes the current situation that the cross-border RMB business of Bank of China Guangdong Branch has slowed down, the market share has stagnated or even declined, and explores the existing problems of Bank of China Guangdong Branch in carrying out cross-border RMB business. And through the analysis of the problem to establish a systematic solution to the problem of cross-border RMB business countermeasures. This paper introduces the pricing currency selection theory and the international currency theory, based on the two theories, and applies the PEST analysis model to analyze the political, economic and social problems faced by Bank of China Guangdong Branch in dealing with cross-border RMB. In terms of internal environment, SWOT model (situation analysis) is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats encountered by the bank. This paper also analyzes the countermeasures and advantages and disadvantages of foreign banks in the process of internationalization of their local currencies, and draws lessons from their successful experiences, and then puts forward the development strategy of cross-border RMB business in the next five years of Bank of China Guangdong Branch. Through the implementation of this strategy, the market share of Bank of China Guangdong Branch in this business is continuously increased, and the contribution of the business to the total profit of Bank of China Guangdong Branch is improved. Finally, the evaluation of the management scheme and the implementation guarantee of the management scheme are discussed, so that the final implementation of the management scheme becomes operable and guaranteed.
