Y公司JY事業(yè)部融資租賃風(fēng)險的識別與防范

【摘要】:融資租賃這個外來詞匯,伴隨著中國改革開放的步伐已經(jīng)進入中國31年了,在這31年間,它幾經(jīng)風(fēng)雨,幾經(jīng)滄桑。從最初用來彌補外匯資金不足,到現(xiàn)在的融資與融物為一體的金融模式。 融資租賃這種模式的存在,不僅有效解決了企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中對設(shè)備、資金的需要,而且通過一些金融衍生手段,解決了企業(yè)在銀行信用之外融資的問題。由此可見,融資租賃的出現(xiàn)有效的解決了企業(yè)在發(fā)展中遇到的資金、設(shè)備需求等問題。隨著融資租賃規(guī)模的不斷擴大、業(yè)務(wù)涉及的行業(yè)也越來越廣泛,風(fēng)險的識別與防范問題也顯得越來越突出。 本論文以Y公司JY行業(yè)為研究對象,講述該公司在攀升業(yè)務(wù)利潤、拓展市場、實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略布局過程中遇到的風(fēng)險,借此闡述融資租賃行業(yè)如何對風(fēng)險進行有效的識別與防范、如何進行業(yè)務(wù)有效管理、如何保障業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。 本論文站在承租人自身運營以及出租人的角度提出問題、分析問題、解決問題,對融資租賃項目操作中存在的問題進行分析。通過CAMELS風(fēng)險評估方法分析Y公司JY事業(yè)部在運營管理方面存在的問題。采用承租人財務(wù)風(fēng)險法、承租人基本情況分析法分析,在承租人選擇、承租人財務(wù)情況變化、承租人經(jīng)營情況變化的情況下對租金償還造成的影響,并對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行評價,找出風(fēng)險存在的根本原因。為有效防止風(fēng)險,在論文的最后設(shè)計了一套風(fēng)險防范方法,從風(fēng)險認(rèn)知體系建立到建立風(fēng)險防范體系再到承租人風(fēng)險防范對策,從這三個維度來防范風(fēng)險,將風(fēng)險控制在可以接受的范圍之內(nèi)。希望通過本論文的研究,能為融資租賃的風(fēng)險管理提供有益借鑒的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the pace of China's reform and opening up, financial leasing has entered China for 31 years. During this 31 years, it has been through many storms and vicissitudes. From the initial use to make up for the shortage of foreign exchange funds, to the present financial model of financing and finance as a whole. The existence of financial leasing model not only effectively solves the need of equipment and capital in the process of enterprise development, but also solves the problem of financing outside bank credit through some financial derivatives. It can be seen that the emergence of financial leasing effectively solves the problems of capital and equipment demand in the development of enterprises. With the continuous expansion of the scale of financial leasing, the business involves more and more extensive industries, and the problem of risk identification and prevention is becoming more and more prominent. This paper takes Y company JY industry as the research object, narrates the risk that the company is facing in the process of climbing the business profit, expanding the market and realizing the strategic layout, and then expounds how to identify and prevent the risk effectively in the finance leasing industry. How to carry on the business effective management, how to guarantee the business steady development. In this paper, from the perspective of the lessee's own operation and the lessor's point of view, this paper puts forward the problem, analyzes the problem, solves the problem, and analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the financial lease project. This paper analyzes the problems in operation management of JY Division of Y Company by means of CAMELS risk assessment method. The method of lessee's financial risk and the analysis of lessee's basic situation are used to analyze the influence of lessee's choice, lessee's financial situation and lessee's operating condition on rent repayment, and the problems found are evaluated. Find out the root cause of the risk. In order to prevent risks effectively, a set of risk prevention methods is designed in the last part of the paper, from the establishment of risk cognition system to the establishment of risk prevention system to the risk prevention countermeasures of lessee, and from these three dimensions to prevent risks. Keep the risk within acceptable limits. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide a useful reference for the risk management of financial leasing.
