建行河北省分行基于ODSB平臺(tái)的個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行IT建設(shè)經(jīng)過(guò)二十多年的發(fā)展,正在經(jīng)歷從數(shù)據(jù)大集中向應(yīng)用集成和金融創(chuàng)新的過(guò)渡。然而,在業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘應(yīng)用上面臨這樣一個(gè)現(xiàn)狀:雖然分行積累了大量歷史數(shù)據(jù),,但是缺乏挖掘這些數(shù)據(jù)背后隱藏知識(shí)的手段和工具,因而無(wú)法發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)中存在的關(guān)系和業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)律,更難以根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。而國(guó)際先進(jìn)的商業(yè)銀行廣泛使用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),領(lǐng)先于國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行數(shù)年,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得了優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。 操作型數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)(ODS)作為企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成中數(shù)據(jù)集成部分的一個(gè)解決方案,在國(guó)外已成為數(shù)據(jù)集成存儲(chǔ)方面研究的熱點(diǎn),其理念已逐漸為人們所接受。為建立統(tǒng)一的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的數(shù)據(jù)模型,滿足行內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的變化和內(nèi)部管理對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)信息使用的需要,建設(shè)銀行河北省分行按照總行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,先期成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了操作型數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)在省分行的部署。面對(duì)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資源的整合分析并以此為基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng),對(duì)于建行河北省來(lái)說(shuō)具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義和研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文描述了建行河北省分行個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)管理工作現(xiàn)狀以及業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用方面存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合省分行2011-2015五年業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,說(shuō)明了基于ODSB的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)建設(shè)個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng)的必要性,提出了個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),基于對(duì)行內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)框架的研究,提出了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案并進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃分析,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)前后對(duì)比和效果評(píng)估,對(duì)取得的成效進(jìn)行了總結(jié),同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了基于ODSB平臺(tái)的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng)建設(shè)是可行、高效的,為后續(xù)的類似研究開(kāi)創(chuàng)了道路、奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 本文的研究對(duì)于建設(shè)銀行系統(tǒng)內(nèi)其他一級(jí)分行的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘應(yīng)用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, China Construction Bank IT is undergoing a transition from data concentration to application integration and financial innovation. However, the application of mining business data is faced with such a situation: although branches have accumulated a lot of historical data, they lack the means and tools to mine the knowledge behind the data. Therefore, it is impossible to find the relationship and business rules in the data, and it is even more difficult to predict the development trend of the future business based on the existing data. International advanced commercial banks widely use data mining technology, which is ahead of domestic commercial banks for several years. As a solution of data integration in enterprise application integration, operational data storage (ODS) has become a hot research topic in data integration storage abroad, and its concept has gradually been accepted by people. In order to establish a unified, standardized data model to meet the needs of changes in business operations within the industry and the use of data information by internal management, the Hebei Branch of China Construction Bank has a unified plan according to the head office. The operational data management platform is successfully deployed in the provincial branch. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, it is of far-reaching significance and research value to realize the integration and analysis of business data resources and build a data mining system to meet the needs of business development. This paper describes the current situation of personal business management in Hebei Branch of China Construction Bank and the problems existing in the application of business data. This paper explains the necessity of constructing personal business data mining system based on data mining technology of ODSB, and puts forward the construction goal of personal business data system. The system construction scheme is put forward and the planning analysis is carried out. By comparing and evaluating the results before and after the system construction, the results are summarized. At the same time, it is proved that the construction of business data mining system based on ODSB platform is feasible and efficient. For the follow-up similar research opened the way, laid the foundation. The research in this paper has certain reference value for the application of business data mining in other first-level branches of CCB system.
