【摘要】：公司基于自身特點選擇多元化或歸核化經營。本文從動態(tài)視角出發(fā),以2006—2010年經歷多元化與歸核化的A股上市公司為研究對象,發(fā)現多元化決策與歸核化決策都具有自選擇特征,選擇所依據的因素往往有市場評價、經營業(yè)績、投資機會等。市場估值較低、業(yè)績較差、上市時間較長的公司意圖通過進入新的行業(yè)尋找新的投資機會;但現實中多元化決策并未有效提高公司價值,公司利潤反而相對專業(yè)化公司不斷下滑,造成公司價值的進一步折損。與此相對應的是,歸核化公司在回歸主業(yè)之前的市場估值相對較高,其中部分企業(yè)迫于資金壓力選擇出售非核心業(yè)務,通過減少經營類別而專注于核心業(yè)務。歸核化后的公司利潤率提高,公司價值得以明顯提升。
[Abstract]:Based on its own characteristics, the company chooses diversification or core management. From the dynamic angle of view, this paper takes A-share listed companies which experienced diversification and refocusing in 2006-2010 as the research object. It is found that both diversification and refocusing decisions have the characteristics of self-selection, and the factors on which the selection is based are often based on market evaluation. Business performance, investment opportunities, etc. Companies with low market valuations, poor performance and long time market listing intend to seek new investment opportunities by entering new industries; but in reality, diversification decisions do not effectively improve the value of the company. On the contrary, the profits of the company are relatively professional, resulting in a further loss of the company's value. In contrast, the market valuation of core companies before returning to the main business is relatively high, and some of them choose to sell non-core business under the pressure of capital to focus on the core business by reducing the number of business types. After refocusing, the profit rate of the company is increased, and the value of the company is obviously improved.
