論金融市場的倫理缺失及其重構(gòu)

【摘要】：2008年金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)凸顯出了金融倫理缺失問題,金融機(jī)構(gòu)缺乏社會責(zé)任、金融市場倫理缺失是本次金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)的主要根源之一。本文在全面分析了金融市場倫理缺失的根源之后,指出了金融市場倫理構(gòu)建途徑在于對金融市場的從業(yè)者進(jìn)行必要的"責(zé)任"倫理文化教育;調(diào)動金融市場的責(zé)任主體自覺自愿地參與責(zé)任倫理的建設(shè),變道德他律為道德自律;發(fā)揮政府和監(jiān)管者在金融市場倫理建設(shè)中的輿論導(dǎo)向功能;營造金融市場的倫理文化,做到"文化管人";將倫理投資產(chǎn)品理念引入金融產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的視野;加強(qiáng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)倫理規(guī)范化整合。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008 highlighted the lack of financial ethics, financial institutions lack of social responsibility, the lack of financial market ethics is one of the main causes of the outbreak of the financial crisis. After an overall analysis of the causes of the lack of financial market ethics, this paper points out that the way to construct the financial market ethics lies in the necessary "responsibility" ethical culture education for the practitioners of the financial market. To mobilize the responsible subjects of the financial market to voluntarily participate in the construction of the responsibility ethics, to change the moral heteronomy into the moral self-discipline, to give play to the public opinion guiding function of the government and the regulators in the financial market ethics construction, and to create the ethical culture of the financial market. To achieve "cultural management"; to introduce the concept of ethical investment products into the field of financial product development; to strengthen the integration of financial institutions ethics standardization.
