【摘要】：我國金融業(yè)的四大支柱包括信托業(yè)、銀行業(yè)、證券業(yè)以及保險業(yè)，信托業(yè)是我國金融體系不可或缺的一部分。信托業(yè)引進我國已經(jīng)有30多年了，大多數(shù)時間處在整頓、混亂中，但是，期間也獲得了一定發(fā)展.尤其是“一法兩規(guī)”的出臺為我國信托業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了基本的法律保障，使得我國信托業(yè)朝著更加規(guī)范的方向發(fā)展，同時在社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中也發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。 我國信托業(yè)所取得的成就，以及所存在的問題都與我國信托業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境息息相關。一個良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境能造就一個健康的信托市場,相反，一個不完善的發(fā)展環(huán)境也不利于我國信托業(yè)的發(fā)展。為了給我國信托業(yè)創(chuàng)造一個良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境，以及在當前環(huán)境下，找出一條適合我國信托業(yè)發(fā)展的道路，從而使信托業(yè)在我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮更大的作用,本論文對我的信托業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境進行了研究。本論文將在對我國信托業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境進行全面研究的基礎上，一方面，，聯(lián)系我國信托業(yè)的實際情況，并汲取國外優(yōu)良的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，為完善我國信托業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境，提出一些切實可行的意見和建議，另一方面在面對當前一些有利的環(huán)境因素時，就信托公司應該如何抓住機遇，提出一些建議。 本文通過研究，認為應在完善法律法規(guī)以及監(jiān)管環(huán)境的同時，大力培養(yǎng)信托人才，面對當前有利的經(jīng)濟及政策環(huán)境因素，信托公司要充分抓住機遇，充分發(fā)揮自身獨特優(yōu)勢，實現(xiàn)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The four pillars of our financial industry include trust industry, banking industry, securities industry and insurance industry. Trust industry is an indispensable part of our financial system. Trust industry has been introduced into China for more than 30 years. Especially, the introduction of "one Law and two rules" provides the basic legal guarantee for the development of trust industry in our country, which makes the trust industry of our country develop towards a more standardized direction, and at the same time, it also plays a more and more important role in the process of social and economic development. The achievements and problems of trust industry in China are closely related to the development environment of trust industry in China. A good development environment can create a healthy trust market, on the contrary, an imperfect development environment is not conducive to the development of trust industry in China. In order to create a good development environment for the trust industry of our country, and to find a way suitable for the development of the trust industry in our country under the current environment, so as to make the trust industry play a greater role in the process of the social and economic development of our country. This thesis has carried on the research to my trust industry development environment. On the basis of a comprehensive study of the development environment of trust industry in China, this paper, on the one hand, combines the actual situation of trust industry in our country, and draws on the excellent development experience of foreign countries, in order to perfect the development environment of trust industry in China. This paper puts forward some practical opinions and suggestions, on the other hand, in the face of some favorable environmental factors, puts forward some suggestions on how the trust company should seize the opportunity. In this paper, we think that we should improve the laws and regulations and the regulatory environment, at the same time, we should train the trust talents vigorously. In the face of the current favorable economic and policy environment factors, the trust companies should fully seize the opportunity and give full play to their unique advantages. To achieve good and rapid development.
