【摘要】：改革開放30多年以來,中國的對外直接投資得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。特別是在金融危機以后,在全球對外直接投資總量有所下滑的背景下,中國的對外直接投資仍保持了逆勢增長的態(tài)勢。我國政府也將推動我國的對外直接投資提升到了一個全新的戰(zhàn)略高度：“十二五”規(guī)劃提出,要加快實施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,這對于國家戰(zhàn)略以及企業(yè)的成長具有重要作用。金融危機以后,中國的對外直接投資是否呈現(xiàn)出了一些新特點和新趨勢、影響中國對外直接投資的重要因素有哪些、如何促進中國對外直接投資的發(fā)展,這些都是擺在我們面前急需解決的問題。因此研究中國對外直接投資及其影響因素,對于中國政府和企業(yè)而言具有重大的意義。 本文結合相關的國際直接投資理論,分析了后金融危機時代中國對外直接的現(xiàn)狀以及新特點和新趨勢,選取有關解釋變量,對中國對外直接投資的影響因素展開了實證研究,以求為中國更好的“走出去”提供可以借鑒的依據(jù)。全文共分為六章,第一章為導論部分,說明了文章的研究目的和意義,進行了文獻綜述,闡述了本文的研究思路和方法,并指出了創(chuàng)新之處。第二章著重介紹了國際上有關對外直接投資的經(jīng)典理論,并指出了這些理論中所涉及到的對影響因素的闡述。第三章分別從國別、地區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和行業(yè)情況介紹了中國對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀,并分析了后金融危機時代中國對外直接投資的新特點和新趨勢。第四章參考國內(nèi)外學者的研究結論并結合后金融危機時代中國對外直接投資的實際,以中國對外直接投資流量為被解釋變量,運用計量經(jīng)濟學的方法進行了實證研究。本文的第五章以前面的實證分析為基礎從國家和企業(yè)層面提出了政策建議。第六章歸納總結了前文分析得出的結論,并指出了進一步研究的可能性。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's foreign direct investment has developed rapidly. Especially after the financial crisis, China's foreign direct investment has maintained a trend of counter-trend growth against the background of the decline in the total amount of global foreign direct investment. The 12th Five-Year Plan calls for accelerating the implementation of the "going out" strategy, which plays an important role in the national strategy and the growth of enterprises. How to promote the development of China's foreign direct investment is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the study of China's foreign direct investment and its influencing factors is of great significance to the Chinese government and enterprises.
This paper analyzes the current situation, new characteristics and new trends of China's outward direct investment in the post-financial crisis era, and selects relevant explanatory variables to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors of China's outward direct investment in order to provide a reference for China to better "go out". Chapter one is the introduction, which explains the purpose and significance of the study, summarizes the literature, expounds the ideas and methods of the study, and points out the innovations. Chapter two focuses on the classical theories of foreign direct investment, and points out the influencing factors involved in these theories. Chapter 3 introduces the current situation of China's foreign direct investment from different countries, regions, industries and industries, and analyzes the new characteristics and trends of China's foreign direct investment in the post-financial crisis era. In the fifth chapter, we put forward policy suggestions from the national and enterprise levels based on the previous empirical analysis. In the sixth chapter, we summarize the conclusions of the previous analysis and point out the possibility of further research.
